There are 2 double bedrooms on the lower ground floor with separate guest access. This lower ground floor area is self-contained with a kitchen, lounge, and bathrooms also. It is perfect for guests, extra family members, or staff. The central Cannes location is also a clear benefit spending the day in Cannes then retreating back to this lovely villa with an enclosed garden and pool.
