Heights of Cannes-Villa with large living spaces

Recently renovated architect’s villa of 200 square meters with contemporary design furniture and large living spaces. The villa is surrounded by 4500 square meters of fully enclosed land and located on the edge of the Croix des Gardes Natural Park which is on the heights of Cannes. You can enjoy the proximity of the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals as well as the seaside (2kms) and this while being preserved from the noise in the greenery and the magnificent Mediterranean vegetation of the villa (laurels, cacti, lemon trees ....).
The villa is made up of half levels where family members can meet while each keeping their own living space (1 bedroom upstairs, 1 master suite and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom and toilet on each level). The kitchen (with adjoining linen room) is open to the dining room as well as the terraces where you can enjoy a beautiful sunshine (south / west orientation). Moreover you can enjoy the outdoor lounge sofas that are overlooking the swimming pool near the barbecue and plancha area.

Great facilities

A nice house at the top of the hill. Bumpy ride to get there. Limited views due to trees and bushes In the garden. Excellent appliances and standard of furniture. No A/C however, which is a big minus during summer.

Beautiful house with a large pool 15 mins outside Cannes

Lovely open plan home which is well appointed with a large pool and outdoor seating which is ample. Central to many local attractions such as Mougins, St. Paul de Vence, Antibes etc. The house is not air-conditioned and very warm as a result in late summer. I failed to note this when i rented it. So that is my issue. Owner provided a couple of fans on request which helped but there were times when the heat was uncomfortable. In order to sleep at night we had to leave windows open and a number in our party got a lot of mosquito bites. The approach to the house is a narrower, curved and bumpy road. It is not walking distance to Cannes ( would be 45 minute walk) , Driveway is on a slope and best backed down. Real challenge if you have a big car. The gate in and out is electric and if there is an electricity cut you cannot open it manually without a key. The property manager should have that key. The property manager was very accomodating and met us at 1:45 am as our flight was late incoming. She did this for an additional fee.

This summer was a very hot and particular one. We did everything possible to meet your exceptional requirements (arrival after midnight, departure at dawn, shopping done by our caretaker, provision of fans...) Très belle villa décorée avec goût avec de beaux espaces à vivre. Petite observation cependant aux escaliers intérieurs assez raide et à la rampe d'accès extérieure pour les voitures qui est raide et étroite spécialement au croisement avec la route d'accès.Logement très bien équipé avec des appareils de qualité et très bon couchage. Belle et grande piscine avec très beau jardin. Piste de pétanque avec vue mer.Très bonne organisation avec la concierge, c'est top !Une villa à recommander !!

Fantastische woonst op een zeer mooie locatie

Wij hebben hard genoten van ons verblijf. Alles is aanwezig, airco in de kamers, kwalitatief linnen, voldoende en uitgbreid servies, buitenmeubilair, heerlijk zwembad, koelkasten, dichtbij alles,… wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

das wlan ist nicht zu gebrauchen, da es viel zu schwach ist. für diesen preis hätte ich ein vollfunktionales wlan erwartet. meine neffe hatte online schule und konnte daran dummerweise aus genanntem grund nicht teilnehmen. sehr ärgerlich..

Wunderschöne Villa in der Nähe von Cannes

Die Villa liegt ruhig gelegen 12 Minuten Autofahrt von Cannes entfernt, eingebettet in üppiger Vegetation. Wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht, aber trotzdem die Annehmlichkeiten von Cannes genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Architektonisch ist das Haus sehr schön und großzügig, ebenso der Pool und der Aussengrillplatz mit Loungeareal lädt zu entspannten Grillabenden ein. Wir waren Anfang Juni da, noch vor der Hauptsaison. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Stadturlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung!

Wir verreisten mit Teenager und Hund. Nach einem sehr gut gelungenem Check-In verbrachten wir eine sehr schöne Woche in Cannes. Das Haus ist großzügig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Fotos absolut. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

La maison est particulièrement agréable à vivre. La situation avec un parc naturel à proximité et Cannes à 10min en voiture était parfaite.
