Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.
The three-room apartment Nr.1 is part of a two family house that is well-kept both inside and outside with a large fenced green area perfect for animals.
The apartment has a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a pergola and a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a private parking space and also games for your children.

Important Notes:
- the rental must take place for a maximum of 4 adults
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning fee of €30
- paid washing machine, 2 euro per token
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels and kitchen linen: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
