It 'a cozy house with the living area and directly connected to the porch space (there are tables and chairs available) and the cool and shady garden (there are two lounge chairs). This holiday house has a very convenient location for easy access to all the interesting places of the island of Elba is exactly in the center of the island and not far from two of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island of Elba: Procchio beach and the beach of Marina di Campo.
Very near there is the bus stop that during the summer is also the bus stop for the sea.
You park your car comfortably in the shade of the trees of the garden.
