What a beautiful well presented villa,if you want peace and quiet,then this is the place,while set in a lovely place you are not to far away from shops and amenities.Christos was a superb host despite our flight being late he was still there to greet us. Fantastic property in a lovely location with just enough tavernas, restaurants, bars...and nearby to almost everything beaches, seasides, amusement park, etc. We have booked again for 2022. Cyprus is perfect as ever; its why we come back year after year!

Great Villa in a fantastic location

We spent 10 days at the Villa Lela Pente. Villa was spotlessly clean and well kept - has to be the cleanest fridge in any villa we've stayed in! Great comfortable property in a lovely quiet location but close enough to walk to local restaurants, bars, supermarket and beach (walk is via an unlit minor road, then along the side of the busy main road - some of it without pavement). Bedrooms were a good size and lots of well thought-out storage. Bathrooms were large, ensuite had the bonus of a walk-in shower. Wifi was patchy but adequate for the adults but teenagers found it difficult at times. Outdoor space was great, with a good sized pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Kitchen was adequately equipped with crockery/utensils etc however, unlike other villa's we've stayed in, you do need to supply your own cleaning / washing up supplies. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lela Pente and would highly recommend it. We will be back!

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and privacy and comfort that the villa provided. Villa Lela Pente was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful and remote location only a 3-minute car trip from the bustling center of Coral Bay which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Kerynias Beach and Coral Bay beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Coral Bay and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa was lovely & in a great location for the beaches, local restaurants & amenities. Shops are within walking distance if you don't mind a slightly steep walk down to the main road & walking alongside oncoming traffic! We did it only once & used our hire car for the duration of our stay. The villa was clean overall but we did have issues with the sofas which could do with replacing or at least a clean. There was dirt/crumbs between the seats. We overcame this by putting sheets over the sofas. Only other minor issue & a possible recommendation for the host is that there were no trays & gloves for the oven. We used several layers of aluminium foil to create makeshift trays & bought oven gloves from one of the stores. The property manager who lives next door was very friendly & helped with any queries we had.

Excellent Property for a Car based Holiday

Villa la Pente is a well designed spacious and very comfortable villa with a good sized pool in a quiet cul de sac location with pleasant countryside views. Although there are three properties on higher ground around it, it still has good privacy and the layout gives opportunities for getting into the shade if it is too hot but without limiting access to the sun. However, skinny dipping in the pool might be only for exhibitionists! Christos who manages several properties in the cul de sac lives next door and was very helpful with any queries. The kettle went while were there and he replaced it with a new one within five minutes. As stated in the description the property is about 1.5km from Coral Bay beach which in theory may be walkable but we would not have done this. The first 500 m from the house is on minor roads without lighting and the next 200m is on the busy main road without a pavement (tarred edge of the road beyond the white line). However, car travel from the house was very easy and the location gives quick access to the whole of the Akamas peninsula and down into Paphos. The equipment in the house all worked well with the exception of the wifi which was poor most of the time. Christos explained that at the moment he broadcasts the wifi to all the properties from his own house but next year (2023) he hopes to install separate routers in each house. If good wifi is important to you, best check with Christos before booking. The description tells you that you need to bring all supplies with you including soap etc and apart from one toilet roll in each bathroom that is the case. One small and one larger towel are provided per person - bring your own beach towel! Things like crockery and cutlery were adequate but not generous. The local supermarket - Phillipos - about 1km away is excellent, large and with a superb range of food, drink and household goods of all types. In summary we greatly enjoyed our stay at La Pente and would recommend it for a car based holiday, but don't expect the frills that some hosts provide for their guests.

A fairly rustic villa1 of 4 with the owners living next door to ours, it's like a village location but, with enough privacy, close to Coral Bay strip we never had a car as we enjoy the walk but, if you are not keen as there is quite a steep little hill up to the villas you may need a car or at least the use of taxis, the local supermarket (phillipos) do a fantastic service when you go for your shopping ask the checkout person for delivery, they will deliver you and you shopping to the villa, it's an amazing service and costs nothing, we enjoyed the wildlife and had great fun with the 4 kittens, Christos the owner was very nice and even allowed us a late checkout on our departure day(after check we had none of his kittens in our luggage)

Had an amazing 2-week stay at Villa Lela Pente. We have stayed in Cyprus for the last 10 years and love the location of the villa and the area we tend to stay at. The villa its self well equipped with everything you will need, and situated in a nice quiet location, near to almost everything. Nice and cozy bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable too. The outside area is spacious with good size pool. Within a short walk(2-5min) from the main street and across you will pass by a selection of good eating places, bars, and supermarkets. During our stay there we visited Kissonerga and Paphos and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Cyprus. While there we also took several trips to fab beaches near Coral Bay (Laourou, Coral Bay, and StGeorge beach). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall a perfect villa and to us also a perfect location, we loved it and we will be back for 2 weeks next year.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Lela Pente which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the nice quiet neighborhood of Coral Bay/Paphos within a short walk to almost everything: supermarkets, tavernas, bars...We used to combine our holiday between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. While there we visited Paphos, Kissonerga, and Polis a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Laourou and Coral Bay beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Villa Lela Pente to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we booked it for our holiday. Villa Lela Pente has two very cozy rooms and a great spacious outside area with a nice pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Coral Bay. Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

The villa was great right what we expected. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa at a nice quiet location then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. The property is near to almost everything: beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Coral Bay were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Coral Bay and Kissonerga. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in a beautiful quiet location and within walking distance to the beach, this villa was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Coral Bay, Peyia, and Paphos are (reachable within a short 10-15 minutes drive) The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Great location, great villa

The villa was everything we expected and the discovery of the en suite wet room was a lovely surprise! My only criticism would be the final paragraph of the directions. I’ve travelled a lot in Paphos and know my way around but still felt lost on taking the Akorsas turn off. I think it would be better that people were advised to turn at the large Kissonerga sign just a few metres before the Akorsas turn off.

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday. Christos was so welcoming and a very kind host. The villa was very clean. The pool was topped up every day and cleaned. It is in a great location for Coral Bay and Paphos. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but as soon as we informed Christos it was fixed the next morning, excellent service. We would love to return.
