This stunning penthouse with terrace and private parking is located in the heart of Malaga center right next to the city's picturesque market Atarazanas.



This holiday home features a bright, large living room with sofa, dining table, armchairs, flat screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen. From the living room, you can access a charming terrace with outdoors furniture and a lovely view.

One the main floor, you will also find a double bedroom (160x200cm), with wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.



The stairs in the living room lead you up to the 1st floor, where you will find a large second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and two wardrobes as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.



The property features free high-speed internet. We offer free private parking in the same building. Please consult for availability.



IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the severe water shortage, ongoing drought in Andalusia and local water restrictions for non-essential use, the jacuzzi will not be available for the foreseeable future.

The location was just great! The apartment was very clean and worked well for the three of us adults. There was a problem with one cabinet door, but it was fixed immediately after we reported it. EXCELLENT service once again, both when we arrived and at other times. Just one tiny thing: the info folder could mention which coffee capsules fit the coffee machine. Once again, we first bought the wrong size :)

Stayed here as a group of 4 and we absolutely loved it. The location is PRIME and the apartment is very spacious. Contacting the host via whatsapp was easy and they were very quick and responsive. I would recommend staying here 10000%. Only heads up is that if you want to rent the parking spot, its like 3-4 floors underground and the parking is super tight and difficult to manoeuvre so be weary of that.
