Overview
Villa Christel is located in Peristerona near Latchi, Paphos District.
This detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free
Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 9 people (8 Adults and 1 Child) with 4 Bedrooms
and 5 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views.
Layout

Outside the villa offers two pools; A big pool (5m x 10m , 1,40m deep)
that overflows into a smaller pool (2.5m x 5m, 70cm deep) as well as
privately tended gardens and a garden BBQ.
Inside, the ground floor offers an open plan area with a spacious
living room with a 50 inch TV, dining room and kitchen. There is also a
guest WC room. Both the kitchen and living room have air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite
handicap-equipped bathroom and A/C and 2 twin bedrooms, both with A/C
and en suite bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a master double-bedroom with A/C, en suite
bathroom, and balcony access.
The villa offers a 6-seater Jacuzzi equipped with LED lights and a
Bluetooth speaker for phone connectivity.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Christel has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom

Additional Information

The villa offers a 6-seater Jacuzzi equipped with LED lights and a
Bluetooth speaker for phone connectivity. The cost is 280 EUR for 1
week (7 nights), 500 EUR for 2 weeks, or 50EUR per night for stays
shorter than a week. Payable on site.
Air-Conditioning
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 15 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
