Overview
Villa Armi is located in Episkopi Rethymno, Crete. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 10 people (8 Adults and 2 Children) with 4 Bedrooms and 3
Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Armi is set on a hill in a olive field providing unspoiled views
of the surrounding landscape. The natural environment is ideal for
relaxing and offers an abundance of privacy. The villa offers all kinds
of outdoor facilities including a private swimming pool, privately
tended garden, verandas, and a large yard with a hen house providing
fresh eggs during your stay.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an open-layout living and
dining area with a fireplace (free wood provided from 1st November to
31st March), fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a family
bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are
two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two family bathrooms (one with
shower and one with a bath). All bedrooms have their own private
balcony with fantastic views of the sea and mountains.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Armi has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with a double bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
