Pretty country house located on the Pisan hills in the middle of an olive grove. The recently renovated villa has managed to maintain the rustic Tuscan style with wooden beams and terracotta floors. Furnished with taste and care, the house is equipped with all comforts. Air conditioning. Externally it is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden where we find a bean-shaped swimming pool (130 sqm, depth 1.10 -3.40) from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Gazebo equipped for dining al fresco, brick barbecue, private parking, free Wi-Fi internet. The house is located 4 km. from "Riparbella, 10 km from Cecina (for purchases of all kinds), 46 km from Livorno, 68 km from Pisa, 36 km from Volterra, 63 km from Colle Val d'Elsa, 53 km from San Gimignano, 89 km from Siena .
