(SU 40 m² – SE 6.60 m²) – Two-room apartment equipped with a double bedroom, large living room with bathroom and dressing room, kitchenette, mezzanine used as a sleeping area with two single beds, accessible via a wooden staircase. The apartment is located in a green and quiet corner in a comfortable outdoor space from which you can partially see the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has an independent access overlooking the terrace and internal courtyard. The apartment is perfect for a family of five. From the main terrace you can reach the beach directly via the lift or external stairs.
