Our cottage is located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards in the village of Binson-Orquigny, 15 km from Epernay, 25 km from Reims and 10 minutes from the A4 motorway.

La Maison de Delsy welcomes you with great comfort. It is made up of a landing and two half levels comprising 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a living room with open fitted kitchen overlooking the garden.

Ideal for your stays with family or friends.

A visit to our champagne house is possible in Villers sous Châtillon on request.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité du logement maison indépendante dans le calme avec tout le confort possible. La cave à vin garnie des différentes cuvées de leur production a été le petit plus de notre séjour. Maison à recommander.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

100€ prélevé par l’hébergement en plus du montant annoncé sur le site

Quelle surprise de voir la facture et le prélèvement effectué par les gestionnaires du logement ! 100€ sont prélevés en plus des 330€ annoncés par abritel - pour « frais de nettoyage ». Nous avons compris ces frais mais : 1. Il faut annoncer ces frais supplémentaires sur le site de réservation en ligne 2. Frais de nettoyage: on s’attend à un logement impeccable à notre arrivée alors qu’il y a avait des taches sur les canapés et des poils et cheveux dans les salles de bain 3. Heureusement qu’on appelle avant d’arriver: seuls 2 rouleaux de papier wc sont prévus à la location par les propriétaires 4. Niveau organisation et détails: aucune communication de la part du propriétaire (avec détails pratiques notamment). Nous appelons nous mêmes avant le départ de l’étranger pour avoir les détails pratiques. 5. Équipements manquants pour l’accueil de gens de passage, venant de l’étranger: pas de café; pas de savon, papier wc limité etc
