The house is in a charming little village, located 8 minutes from all shops and amenities (Jonchery-sur-Vesle) and 20 minutes from Reims. Its swimming pool (8 a.m.-8 p.m.) is heated depending on the season (from June to October, before and after depending on the weather);
The house is located in a typical Champagne village, surrounded by vineyards. Peace and quiet guaranteed; it is ideal for a home away from home, with family or friends. The house has plenty of character and is tastefully furnished. Spacious (approximately 170 m²)
It has 6 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, and 1 shower room.
Here is the layout:
*On the ground floor: 1 entrance hall with wardrobe, 1 kitchen and 1 utility room, 1 dining room with 2 tables for 12 people, 1 living room with a large fireplace (wood optional, to be ordered before your arrival: €15), 1 separate TV lounge that can be converted into a bedroom, 1 toilet.
*Upstairs:
1 separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 private bathroom.
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a mezzanine with another bedroom with a double bed.
1 bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with another bedroom with a double bed and its shower room with separate toilet.
1 bathroom with shower and bathtub.
1 toilet.
Please note: linens are not provided. If you would like bed linen for €20 per bed, be sure to order it before your arrival.

The house's greatest asset: its garden, with its heated swimming pool (approximately 6 m by 4 m), open from June (or earlier if the weather permits) to October (later if the nights aren't too cool), secured by a safety-standard cover; all on a walled plot, not overlooked. The house is located a 20-minute drive from Reims city center (or 10 minutes by train), allowing you to visit the city and its monuments (cathedral, Palais du Thau), as well as the greatest Champagne cellars (Taittinger, Pommery, Clicquot, Roederer, etc.).

You're also 30 minutes from an aquatic center (Center Parc), where you can spend the day or evening. Most of the Champagne golf courses are located nearby (Reims golf course is 15 minutes away, L'Aillette and Menneville golf courses are 30 minutes away, etc.).
By TGV, from Reims, you're 30 minutes from Euro Disney and Charles de Gaulle Airport and 45 minutes from Paris Gare de l'Est.
For the enjoyment of both adults and children, the village is equipped with playgrounds for children, toddlers, and adults. and large (swings, tennis court, skate park, etc.)
Our village is located on the Champagne tourist routes.
For walkers, marked hiking trails start from the village and crisscross the surrounding countryside and vineyards. All shops are located about 3 km away, including a bakery, restaurants, and a Leclerc supermarket with drive-through access.
I recommend the small bakery in Jonchery-sur-Vesle at 5 rue du marché.
For restaurants, I recommend the restaurant at the Château de Sacy, in the village of Jonchery-sur-Vesle, surrounded by vineyards.
There's also the restaurant in the village of Villedommange, named Coq et Vin, or the restaurant "Mes Envies" in the village of Hermonville.
There's also a pizzeria in the village of Jonchery-sur-Vesle, right next to Montigny.
Pizzas are also available to take away in our village, opposite the church.
