Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool going down a 20-meters (65-feet) route that comprises a slight downhill and includes approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. It is heated. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the mountains. You will share the pool with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a deck chair. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the mountains.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has two windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six guests). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
