This beautiful two bedroom apartment is set over two floors of a pretty, period property on an attractive street with stunning views of the English Channel. Located in Deal, Kent, just a short walk away from the town centre, this light and spacious property would suit couples, families or small groups of friends looking for a perfectly located space to spend a relaxing break by the sea. The apartment comes with a parking spot in the car park too.

The owners have furnished the apartment with a wonderful array of art, interesting finds, comfy sofas and calming décor.

The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of 'The Marina.' Please note as access to the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs, this property would not be suited to those with mobility issues.​

Large and modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Fridge freezer, large gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautiful views towards Betteshanger Park and the fantastic sunsets from this room.

Sitting room

Large, open plan room with large corner sofa, armchair, 50" TV and six seater dining table. This room overlooks the sea and has a door onto the south facing roof terrance with a table, chairs and loungers. The owners have created a wonderful feeling of relaxation with a choice of cosy seating areas, whether you wish to sit and read a book, watch TV or simply enjoy the breath-taking views!

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom

The large, master bedroom has a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and CofDs. Enjoy the beautiful sea views from this room. En-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Double bedroom

A quietly located and beautifully decorated, second bedroom has a second king size bed and fitted wardrobes.

A beach front gem with period style
The 4th floor flat was well appointed with large comfortable rooms. The elevated views south, west and north were expansive and a spectacular feature of the property. The patio is a great asset for fine days. Parking was adequate, it could be a challenge for a larger vehicle. As a 4th floor unit there are several flights of stairs to reach it and one in the suite itself - it could be an issue for certain individuals. Apart from a not working bathroom extractor fan functionality in the flat was good and the supplies covered all the important needs. All in all a unique and comfortable holiday home.

An elegant apartment with stunning sea views
This is the second time we have stayed at Albion House and we have already booked for next year. The apartment is a haven of peace and yet just 10 minutes walk into town. All you can see from the living room and main bedroom is sea and sky. The roof terrace is perfect for eating outside or just lounging. Beds, linen and towels are excellent, as are the two bathrooms. We enjoyed the books and beautiful objects from around the world which create a serene atmosphere.. When we had an issue with the way the property had been prepared, the agent dealt with it in a prompt and friendly way. If I had a suggestion it would be to upgrade the crockery which seems rather basic for what otherwise is a luxury apartment. But all in all, Albion House is an exceptional property and we look forward to returning.

Spacious apartment
A wonderful clean and spacious apartment. Great location to town. Lounge windows have amazing view but could do with blinds as impossible to see the television.
