The apartment enjoys a privileged privacy condition, being in a suggestive position that allows you to glimpse the lake among the greenery surrounding it.

With entrance on the first floor, it consists of a colourful and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area with table and living area with large sofa, wall-mounted HD LCD TV and WIFI.



The living room and kitchen directly overlook a small terrace with a unique view of the mountains, equipped with a table and outdoor chairs for relaxing summer dinners.

Next to the living room, through a hallway, you can access the two bedrooms, both with a double bed; also from the hallway, you access the bathroom with washbasin, shower cubicle, WC and bidet. THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT PROVIDE SHEETS AND TOWELS



The residence is equipped with a large swimming pool accessible to guests.



The apartment also has a private outdoor parking space. Tourist tax: € 2.00 per day per person to be paid at check-in starting from 1 night for a maximum of 30 nights.
