The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
