Very nice place and very friendly owner/manager. Perfect, among others, for outdoor activities (esp. hiking/cycling around Ledro lake, mountains nearby, Garda lake, ...) and some visits in the nearby cities/ villages Nice to have a Trentino guest card offered for some free museum access, free bus rides ... Pleasant and picturesque

A picturesque view from the hotel and elsewhere round the lake. Pleasant host and warm welcoming . Enjoyed these peaceful surroundings a lot. The apartment was spacious for two persons - and very tidy . Only the car noise disturbed a bit in the night, but we got use to that. Took an ebiketrip to Lake Garda, mostly recommendable to everybody ‍♀️. Would surely like to come back one day!

Obiekt Residence Palafitte pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył. Na minus jedynie bliskość ulicy i związany z tym hałas, o czym można było przeczytać w opiniach o obiekcie zapisanych przez poprzednich wynajmujących. Na plus: dobra cena, zgodność z ofertą, garaż podziemny, winda, bliskość jeziora, dostępność map dla każdej aktywności (rower, treking, itp) bezpieczne pomieszczenie na rowery i bardzo, bardzo uprzejmy, sympatyczny i pomocny Właściciel, P. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Residence Palafitte und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Betten waren gut,die Strasse sehr dicht an den Erdgeschossterrassen,die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum ungemütlich(Wandlampen sehr hoch angebracht).Das Bad funktionell und sauber(Rest der Wohnung auch),der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfbereit.Tiefgaragenstellplatz für Pkw.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sauber. Küche etwas minimalistisch ausgestattet, steht aber schon in der Wohnungsbeschreibung. Kompetente, freundliche und unkompliziertze Hilfe bei kleinen Beanstandungen/Reparaturen. Einfache aber funktionale Ausstattung der Zimmer. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Tagsüber etwas laut, liegt direkt an der Durchgangsstraße.

eine einfache aber saubere Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Ich hatte es mir viel kleiner vorgestellt. Es waren schöne Räume, mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Mit der Bewertung habe ich bewusst einige Wochen gewartet aber so mit Abstand würde ich gerne wiederkommen. Auf Wünsche und Anregungen wurde sofort reagiert. Die Hilfsbereitschaft war schon sehr zu loben, und dann noch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war an warmen Tagen ein eine Wohltat. Die Liebe und Sorgfalt, die in die Verschönerung und den Ausbau gesteckt wurde und wird ist an vielen Kleinigkeiten zu sehen. Also ich habe mich sehr wohl
