Above Limone, 1.7 km from the centre, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 1 km from the beach, east facing position. For shared use: property 6 ha with trees, swimming pool, indoor pool (seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, terrace. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Steam room (extra). Solarium (extra). Hot tub (extra). big resort with a spectacular view

Our apartment was in the upper part with a huge terrace (shared) and parking spaces nearby. Restaurant and pool are reachable with a short walk (stairs). The village is a bit distant (15 min walk) but the path by the lake is lovely. The interiors are simple but fine, wifi only at the reception.

Wunderschöne Tage am Gardasee

Ferienwohnung mit Top Aussicht zum Gardasee. Leckere Pizza in der Hoteleigenen Pizzaria. Egal ob vom Zimmer aus, vom Pool oder von der Pizzaria top Ausblick zum Gardasee. Nach Limone entweder mit dem Hoteleigenen Bus oder in 15min.zu Fuss.Einzige Beanstandung die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war der obere Bereich kaum zu nutzen, da es so heiß war und die Klimaanlage leider nicht nach oben gereicht hat

Fajne położenie, wyposażenie: hmm

Dom wakacyjny jest bardzo ładnie położony, na górze, przed drzwiami drzewa oliwne i wodospad, a widok z okna na jezioro Garda. Klimatyzacja- co pozwalało wytrzymać upał. Niestety wyposażenie jest b.stare. Kanapa na której spałam po złożeniu -w plamach. Wyposażenie kuchni-do odnowy. Deski, patelnie -nie były przez nas używane, bo odbierało nam to apetyt. Nieprzyjemny zapach po otworzeniu lodówki i szafek. Sytuacja parkingowa krytyczna-walka o parking. Szkoda, bo objekt ma jednak coś w sobie.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub dort verbracht Zimmer super mit einmaligen Blick auf den See, zuvorkommendes Personal alle freundlich , die Pizzeria war auch gut die Pizza und Salat sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Geschirr in der Küche sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Mobilar etwas abgewohnt. Zwischen den Wohn-Einheiten wäre ein Sichtschutz dienlich. Das Negative entschädigt die grandiose Sicht auf Limone und den Gardasee!!!

Gute Lage, mangelhafte Ausstattung

Die Lage ist schön mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee und über Limone. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Platten aber nur große Töpfe, sodass man nur eine Platte nutzen kann. Weder Spüli, noch Lappen, noch Geschirrhandtuch gibt es. Der Kühlschrank war erst nicht einschaltbar und hat dann alles gefroren trotz minimaler Stufe. Im Gemüsefach hat es geschimmelt. Wifi gibt es nur bei der Rezeption. Für Selbstversorger ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen!

Très belle vue mais sale. - Le sol était sale, des croquettes, sable ou terre sur le sol du coin nuit. Mes enfants ont eu les pieds noir en moins d'une heure. - Tiroir sale, poussières et miettes -Salle de bain, douche et évier boucher. Sable sur les toilettes -Pas de lumière sur la hotte qui est la seule lumière pour voir ce qu'on cuisine ou lave. Réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas c'est le freezer qui donner un semblant de froid. Malgré les plaintes rien n'a était fait.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön in der Anlage gelegen, war zweckmäßig und nach unseren Vorstellungen. Okay, die Betten waren nicht das was man von zuhause gewohnt ist, aber vollkommen okay. Einziger Minuspunkt, eine der beiden Kochplatten in unserer Küchenzeile war defekt und nicht reparabel. Eigentlich wollten wir uns selbst versorgen, weshalb wir auch ein Appartement gewählt haben, war sehr schade. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See hat dann jedoch für einiges entschädigt. Wir kommen wieder hier her

Super Ausblick von der Ferienwohnung, die in Einer Hotelanlage gelegen ist !dieKüche war nicht gut bestück, wenn man sich dort selbst versorgen wollte! Bei der Bettwäsche hätte ich mir bessere Qualität gewünscht .Der Service und das Essen im Hôtel waren sehr gut! Die Anlage liegt im Hang, man sollte gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein! Das Schwimmbecken ist super, leider in dieser Jahreszeit schon etwas frisch!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Ich kann leider nur ein gut vergeben obwohl es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit meiner Frau war. Die Ferienwohnung war soweit in Ordnung, es war halt alles ein bisschen altbacken 70er Style halt aber super, der Service ließ leider zu Wünschen übrig deswegen halt nur gut. Aber nichts desto trotz würde ich diesen Urlaub für den Preis nochmal buchen da die Umgebung einfach Spitze ist.

Pozytywnie zaskoczeni, obsługa miła i pomocna, w pokojach lodówka i suszarka, do tego przepiękny widok na jezioro! Jedyny minus to WiFi w recepcji.
