APARTMENT DIRECTLY ON THE LAKE IN MALCESINE (CIN: IT023045C2PQORA5KP)

MALCESINE, THE STUDIO APARTMENT is a beautiful outbuilding of our villa Sopri, is uniquely beautiful (the location of the house is really incomparably beautiful), right on the lake (no road in between), in a green park with a large pool and has access to the lake and sea beach and to the lake promenade (walk, 10 min. walk from the village center, 800 mt.).
The apartment is suitable for max 2 people and is fully equipped and very comfortable, with 2 beds next to each other, (no sofa bed / folding bed) and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and terrace with private garden to the park of Villa Sopri.

Parking for cars is also available as well as air conditioning and internet W-LAN.

The apartment is romantically located in a beautiful, centuries-old park with cypresses, cedars and conifers, all very well maintained and personally looked after by my husband and has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi (underwater massage), sauna, gym and table tennis.

A washing machine is available to the guests at no extra cost and the animals are not accepted.

Do you drive by car? Are bicycles and inflatable boats also included? No problem, our villa also has parking for cars and storage for mountain bikes and inflatable boats!

A supermarket (with fresh bread), as well as tobacco and German newspapers are about 400 meters far away from us and comfortably accessible by foot along the lake promenade.
With us you can really relax and enjoy your vacation!

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit Pool im Park

Die gemütliche FeWo bestand aus einem Raum mit bequemen Bett und durch ein Highboard abgetrennt die kleine Küche mit Esstisch und zwei Stühlen. Durch eine Glasschiebetür kam man zur Terasse. Im großzügigen Garten war ein schöner Pool mit abgetrennten Kinderbecken. Es gab genügend Liegen mit Auflagen und Sonnenschirm. Am Ende des Gartens war eine Tür die direkt zur Seepromenade führte wo auch kein kleiner Kiesel Strand war.

Wir haben unsere Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Pool, Garten ,Lage in der Bucht von Malcesine sehr schön, einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke der Gardesana, direkt über dem Garten. Aber wo ist die nicht am Gardasee..

Persönliche Betreuung durch den Eigentümer. Sehr gepflegt e Gartenanlage mit Pool. Apartments und Einrichtung ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einrichtung einfach aber vollständig. Perfekter Empfang deutscher Fernsehsender. Super Lage direkt am See. Parken in Garage, nicht weit vom Haus, tw. auch direkt an der Villa(4 Plätze).
