THE TWO-ROOM APARTMENT
The apartment is about 43 square meters plus balcony, very nice and cozy. It has a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large living room with kitchenette and sleeping accommodation for event. 2 more people.
The living. also has a very large balcony to the lake and parking for cars

Near the center!

The Villa Sopri (it belongs to Fam. Roberto Zeni and directly led) is a small apartment house (7 units in total) in a completely renovated building from the 19th Century. In a quiet location, with a direct view of the beautiful Gulf of Malcesine, the villa is only a 10-minute walk (along the beautiful and quiet lake promenade) from the town center.

The quality of your stay is guaranteed by comfortable accommodation and a wonderful location of the villa.

We offer apartments (self-catering) for 2 to 6 people, comfortably furnished, each consisting of 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette (complete with dishes, plates, glasses and all necessary pots) and sleeping accommodation for 2 people, bathroom with shower, generous balcony or terrace to the lake.
All of our apartments are equipped with satellite TV, radio, safe box, Internet Wi-Fi and hairdryer.


The house is romantically located in a beautiful, centuries-old park with cypresses, cedars and conifers, all very well maintained and personally looked after by the owner and has a swimming pool with whirlpool (underwater massage), sauna, fitness room and table tennis.
A washing machine is available to the house guests at no extra cost.

Are you going by car? Are bicycles and inflatables included? No problem, our villa also has parking for cars and storage room for mountain bikes and inflatables!
Are you coming by plane? We offer 'LOW COST TRANSFER' for Verona, Brescia or Bergamo airport!

A supermarket (with fresh bread), as well as tobacco products and German newspapers are about 400 meters away from us and can be comfortably reached on foot along the lake promenade.

With us you can really relax and enjoy your vacation!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und dennoch zentral, Malcesine ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die direkte Lage am See, nur durch die Promenade getrennt – einfach traumhaft. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, genau wie beschrieben.Der parkähnliche Garten mit Palmen, Olivenbäumen und einem großen Pool war ein echtes Highlight und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Für unsere Fahrräder stand ein großzügiger Abstellraum zur Verfügung – sehr praktisch!Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft: Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in der Villa Sopri, die Wohnung sowie das Grundstück waren extrem gut gepflegt und sauber. Unser Gastgeber Roberto Zeni war sehr nett und immer bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht.Der Ausblick unserer Ferienwohnung war einzigartig. Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, aber wir waren viel unterwegs und wandern und haben die einmalig schöne Landschaft genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt: unterhalb der Gardesana und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Promenade, eigener Zugang, zwei Meter zum Wasser. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, ein riesiger, sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten. Die Wohnungen sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, toller Blick auf den See.Roberto, der Vermieter, ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich schnellum alle Anliegen.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Blick auf den See. Durch den Garten direkt auf die Seepromenade. Zum Ortskern ein paar hundert Meter. Sehr bequeme Betten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Leider fehlte auf dem Balkon die Sonne wegen der Himmelsrichtung. (Herbst) Herr Zeni sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wunderschön

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, direkt am See und vom Balkon hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und Malcesine. Der große wunderschöne Garten mit Pool grenzt direkt an die Uferpromenade, auf der man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Malcesine spazieren kann. Der Besitzer Herr Zeni ist super freundlich, spricht fließend Deutsch und hält alles Tip top in Ordnung. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Gepflegtes Anwesen mit Garten- Pool, direkt an der Uferpromenade. Sehr aufmerksamer, fleißiger und freundlicher Verwalter, Herr Roberto Zeni. Große Wohnung Nr. 6, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, TV unter der Decke, Küche leider nicht so eingerichtet, wie man es in einer Villa vermuten könnte. Zuwenig Steckdosen, nachträgliche Improvisation. EU-Stecker nicht vergessen. Großes Bad, kleine Dusche. Vier Parkplätze an der Villa. Vorsicht beim Einparken, alles sehr eng.

Die Ferienwohnungen meiner Villa Sopri sind alle für kurze Ferienaufenthalte (max. 2 Wochen) ausgestattet und die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht, klar, es ist nicht das, was man zu Hause hat und der Fernseher ist an der Wand installiert. Die Dusche hat Standardgröße und die Steckdosen sind dort, wo sie gebraucht werden, sie sind vom italienischen Typ, aber es gibt auch einen Adapter und wenn der Gast zusätzliche Adapter braucht, reicht es aus, wenn er mich darum bittet und wenn jemand Probleme mit dem Parken hat, kann ich immer eine Alternative anbieten. Natürlich hat jeder seine eigene persönliche Meinung bei der Bewertung der Unterkunft, was dem einen gefällt, sieht der andere vielleicht anders. Ich habe viele Stammgäste (meist Deutsche), die jedes Jahr zu mir kommen um ihren Urlaub zu verbringen (manche kommen sogar zweimal im Jahr), was natürlich zeigt, dass sie sehr zufrieden sind.

Toller Blick und Spaziergang am Lungolago

Wir hatten Appartement Nr 4 und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ab 18. Oktober war natürlich das Pool schon winterfest eingepackt. Wir konnten aber noch 2 mal mit Jacke auf unserem Balkon sitzen und selbst vom Wohnzimmer aus den herrlichen Blick auf Limone und die Scaligerburg von Malcesine genießen. In die Altstadt ist es ein Spaziergang von 15 Min. Es gibt im Umfeld 3 Supermärkte und ein Parkplatz gehört zum Appartement. Im Haus und im Garten sind Treppen- also kein barrierefreier Zugang. Leckeres Frühstück und eine sehr freundliche Bedienung haben wir im Gabbiano direkt am See genossen. Immer wieder gerne!

Beautiful and peaceful oasis on Lake Garda

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sopri. The location was prefect, just a 10 minute stroll along the lake into malcesine, it was a pleasure to walk as we had the amazing views in all directions. There was also a choice of restaurants, cafe/bars within a few minutes walk. The apartments are set within beautiful grounds and pool area, which are so well maintained.
