Ideally located right on rue Etienne Marcel in the very center of Paris, and very close to Louvre museum and Marais district, this apartment was rethinked by a French architect to combine its historic features with contemporary comfort and design. It is the perfect haven to go to after a long day of exploring Paris.

This apartment offers a peaceful setting. It overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring calm and tranquility.

The building was constructed during the reign of Louis XI, it is a heritage building.

2 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
