Bright and spacious ground floor apartment a stone's throw from the ski slopes, in a panoramic position above Bad Kleinkirchheim, about 2 km from the center. One large double bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, small garden, a complete bathroom with tub + 1 toilet. Small, well kept building of only five units with ski-room with boot warmer, bike storage, laundry and wellness area with sauna, steam bath, solarium and relaxation room (currently not accessible due to Covid regulations). One outdoor parking space.
