In Maclino, a small village above Toscolano Maderno, within a quiet and well-maintained residence, you will find our Happiness Apartment.
This cozy ground-floor one-bedroom apartment will charm you with its magnificent view of Lake Garda and a warm, lively atmosphere. The interiors are decorated in orange tones, inspired by the bright color of an Aperol Spritz or a vintage Fiat 500, creating a cheerful, sunny, yet elegant environment perfect for your holiday.

Ruhig, toller Blick über den See, schöner Pool, tolle Lage zum Wandern, alles Nötige in der Wohnung vor Ort (Küchenutensilien, Begrüssungspaket)
Nach meinem Ermessen hätte etwas gründlicher geputzt sein dürfen (es war staubig) und in der Küche waren viele Ameisen

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in sehr gepflegter Anlage. Toller Pool. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Schön ruhig mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Absolut Hundefreundlich wenn dieser gut hört (kein privater, abgetrennter Gartenbereich), für uns kein Problem. Kurz Gassi ist direkt bei der Anlage möglich. Super organisierte Übergabe der Schlüssel.
Klitzekleiner Haken: das Schlafsofa ist nur für Kinder geeignet, für schwerere (Erwachsene) ist es sehr unbequem. Wir, Eltern mit 2 Kids und Hund, hatten eine tolle Woche und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter!
Eventuell ein neues Schlafsofa.

Man muss nur immer mit dem Auto fahren sonst kommt man nich weg.

10 Tage Erholung
Sehr ruhiges Wohngebiet. Tiefgarage ideal für Auto und Fahrräder. Gesamte Wohnanlage ist nur für Bewohner/Gäste zugänglich. Bei klarem Wetter super schöne Aussicht auf das Südufer des Sees. Auto ist für Einkäufe in der Stadt unumgänglich. Ein paar Restaurants sind von der Wohnung auch in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger Service. Absprachen wie geänderte Ankunftszeiten, Schlüsselübergabe oder sogar Restaurant-Reservierung sind völlig unkompliziert möglich.
Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen.
Schlafsofa ist zum normalen Sitzen nicht so optimal, für die kurze Zeit allerdings OK.
Fliegengitter an Schlafzimmer und Balkontür um Nachts gut lüften zu können ohne Stechmücken in die Wohnung einzuladen. Schlafsofa austauschen da Polster (Sitz und Rücken) bei diesem immer etwas verrutschen, dadurch etwas unbequem. Gartenstühle drohen aufgrund von Witterungseinflüssen an den Sitzflächen einzureissen.

Zwischenstopp in Toscolano- Maderno
Eine wunderschöne, gepflegte und vor allem kleine Anlage. Leider auch sehr hell hörig. Die Gespräche der Nachbaren haben wir unweigerlich mitbekommen. Muss man mögen :) Wir haben außerhalb der Anlage eine Bank entdeckt- mit herrlichem Blick über den Gardasee- das war unser Rückzugsort. Alles in allem ein schönes Fleckchen Erde zum Entspannen. Eine Wiederholung für uns wird es nicht geben.
Wir hätten uns im Land des Weines einen Korkenzieher und Weingläser gewünscht, leider hatten wir nur ein Einziges und Nutellagläser :) - ferner fehlte uns ein Pizzaroller- gehört doch in Italien irgendwie dazu!?
Die Liegen waren sehr schön! Bei den Stühlen hatten wir täglich bedenken das sie an den Seiten ausreißen- ist Gott sei Dank nicht passiert. Aber eines Tages…
