The bright apartment has been furnished with taste and elegance by the owner and consists of a spacious living area with a modern equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and German coffee machine. Satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning available. The living area overlooks the covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Modern windowed bathroom with glass shower cabin. Double bedroom with television, large wardrobe and direct access to the rear terrace, also equipped with a small table and chairs for romantic outdoor breakfasts. Single room with large wardrobe. A convenient storage room houses the washing machine, ironing board and iron. Sunbeds available. Pets not allowed.
