Satellite TV, double sofa bed and air conditioning available for guests. The living area overlooks a lovely garden extending on two sides of the apartment with a paved terrace shaded by a sun awning for pleasant outdoor lunches.

The final price consists of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
