Nice and newly furnished three-rooms aparment located in Cola’ di Lazise, approximately 3 km from Lazise town centre and the lake promenade and directly in the centre of Cola’ where you can find a couple of bars, some restaurants, a small supermarket. It is part of the "Borgo Antico" apartment complex with shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The apartment has got a nice living room with a new kitchenette with stove, baking oven, microwave oven, fridge, big sofa, Tv-Sat, toaster and kettle. The bright living room has got a covered terrace to enjoy open air meals and a pretty garden to lay in the sun. Spacious bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. Second bedroom with a bunkbed and air conditioning. Bathroom with showerbox, washing machine and window. Reserved parking place aside the apartment. Small pets allowed. Non smoking apartment.

Had a lovely stay in Cola da Lazise, 3km from Lazise was quiet for families yet plenty of bars and r

It was spacious, had AC and was a home from home with garden.It was a little annoying having to bring our sun beds down and back from pool but at least we looked after them and knew we could have place by pool

Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet.War soweit ok.Das Bad lies gelinde gesagt sehr zu wünschen übrig mit Schimmelfleck an der Decke.An den Fugen in der Dusche überall Schimmel die Duschkabine nicht wirklich sauber.In den Ecken Schimmel oder Schmutz.Der Garten war sehr klein für 2 Personen aber ausreichend.Der gemeinschaftspool war sehr schön.Preis Leistung war nicht passend.

Genau wie beschrieben, sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Auch mit Hund passend. Die Terasse und Stühle hätten bei Ankunft sauberer sein können, aber ansonsten haben wir gar nix zu bemängeln. Es war sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Poolanlage ist superschön. Schade nur, ohne Liegen. Cola di Lazise ist auch ein schöner Ort mit netten Gässchen. Der kleine Garten war optimal für unseren Hund. Wir werden wieder kommen... Liegestuhl wäre super

Schöne Wohnung mit Garten

Toll, dass beide Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind. Wir haben gerne abends im Garten gesessen. Zum Strand haben wir uns die gemütlichen Strandstühle ausgeliehen. Die Wohnanlage liegt toll, wenn man einen Hund hat, man kann morgens gleich in den Feldern spazieren gehen. Schade, dass es keine Liegen am Pool gibt. Die Kinder würden gerne länger als 20.00 im Wasser spielen. Es ist sowieso noch bis spät abends nicht ruhig in der Nachbarschaft.

Pool, Klimaanlage, Garten, Wohnung allgemein Sehr guter Service von Regarda - Danke Zu kleine Dusche im Bad, Geschirrsortiment nicht ausgeglichen. Sofa viel zu weich, man sinkt richtig ab.

die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend und hat uns gut gefallen. Desweiteren hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, das das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, Der Hund konnte somit auch in den Garten gehen ohne das man ständig schauen mußte.

Schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung

perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen Urlaub mit Baby und Hund. Der kleine Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was unserem Hund und auch uns sehr gut gefallen hat, da nicht jeder der vorbei gegangen ist reinschauen konnte. Die neue Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
