The newly built flat "The Place" is located on the second and upper floor of a residential building with lift. It is situated about 1.5 km from the historic centre of Lazise and the beach. Directly opposite the property there is a restaurant and only 600 metres away there is a commercial area with a café, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank.

The three-room apartment "The Place", tastefully furnished and equipped with smart systems, consists of a bright living area with kitchen provided with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, toaster and coffee machine. The living room offers a sofa bed with a peninsula (recommended for children), central air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi. The large sliding doors overlook the covered terrace with a pool view, equipped with a table and chairs. The double bedroom with access to a second small terrace on the rear, is equipped with wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV (no Sat). The second bedroom has got two single beds which can be pushed together, a large wardrobe and TV (no Sat). The modern windowed bathroom features a spacious shower box with hydromassage jets and a practical washing machine. The residential complex offers a nice swimming pool with solarium and green area (guaranteed opening period 01/01-31/12). A private parking space in the garage is available for guests. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.

Wonderful, modern, secure space for a family

Wonderful, modern, secure space for a family of 4. Great to have the balcony for dining and drying the swimming costumes/towels - we all loved having access to the pool! Quiet location, super views of the mountains from the front, and vineyards to the back. Comfy beds - we all slept well. The garage was really handy, particularly on the couple of occasions we arrived back in torrential rain - grateful we could access the apartment without needing to go back outside! All in all, we had a super holiday and would love to come back.

Het is een mooi en ruim appartement. Het was netjes en modern. Het complex is veilig en rustig. Heerlijk zwembad met altijd voldoende ligplekken en ook rustig. Wat wij misten was een waterkoker voor de thee en een stofzuiger.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten für 5 Nächte diese Fewo gebucht und waren begeistert. Wir haben hier die beste Wohnung gefunden, die wir je gehabt haben. Zwar liegt sie 1,5km (20min zu Fuß) vom Zentrum von Lazise entfernt, dafür ist man nicht mitten im Trubel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und zumindest Ende Mai ruhig. Der Pool in der Mitte der Anlage ist wunderschön. Hier könnte es in der Saison allerdings laut werden. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick in die umliegende Gegend. Toll auch, dass es eine große Garage gibt, in die locker ein SUV und ggf noch einige Fahrräder passen. Die Agentur hat alles im Vorfeld mit div. Emails organisiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns diese Fewo für den nächsten Besuch gespeichert. - Kautionszahlung per paypal ermöglichen - ein Hinweis in der Mappe wo der Müll hingebracht werden muss - Endabnahme flexibler organisieren. Man kann quasi nicht schon um 8Uhr oder nachts abreisen, weil man drauf warten muss - Filterkaffeemaschine ist super langsam

Danke auch für Ihre freundlichen Worte zur Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Aussicht, Garage und zum Pool – jedes Detail ist sorgfältig ausgewählt, um unseren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zu Ihren konstruktiven Anmerkungen möchten wir gerne Stellung nehmen: – Müllentsorgung: Beim Check-in übergeben wir Ihnen immer eine individuelle Karte, auf der sowohl der Weg zur Unterkunft als auch der Standort der Müllcontainer für das jeweilige Feriendomizil eingezeichnet sind. Sollte das in Ihrem Fall nicht deutlich genug gewesen sein, entschuldigen wir uns und werden künftig noch besser darauf achten, diese Informationen klar und verständlich zu erklären. – Kautionszahlung: Wir nutzen ein Online-System zur Pre-Autorisierung, bei dem der Betrag lediglich für die Dauer des Aufenthalts „reserviert“, aber nicht abgebucht wird. Dieses Verfahren ist aus technischen Gründen nicht mit PayPal kompatibel und erfordert eine Kreditkarte, die für Onlinezahlungen freigeschaltet ist. Da dies bei Ihrer Karte offenbar nicht möglich war, mussten wir die Kaution in bar einnehmen – und entsprechend war es nötig, die Rückgabe während unserer Bürozeiten durchzuführen. In der Regel ermöglichen wir aber auch eine frühere Abreise vor 9:00 Uhr, indem die Schlüssel einfach in unseren Briefkasten eingeworfen werden. – Kaffeemaschine: Vielen Dank für den Hinweis – wir werden das prüfen und gegebenenfalls für zukünftige Gäste verbessern. Wir danken Ihnen sehr für Ihr ehrliches und hilfreiches Feedback. Ihre Rückmeldungen sind für uns eine wertvolle Hilfe, um uns stetig weiterzuentwickeln. Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist ganz neu, die Lage ist spitze - nach ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Zentrum von Lazise angekommen. Die Ausstattung ist wunderbar, die Großzügigkeit des Wohn-Essbereichs mit der großen Schiebetür auf den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Auch der Pool und der große Garten sind absolute Highlighs. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Nous y retournerons.

Endroit très calme et facile d'accès avec garage privé sur la propriété, piscine (non chauffée), ascenseur, tout était parfait et l'équipement était suffisant pour les vacances et même mieux. La vue sur les montagnes d'un côté et les vignes de l'autre. Les matelas n'étaient pas trop confortables, la douche trop petite (même si nous ne sommes pas des géants), dommage sans télécommande pour ouvrir le portail (détail), piscine non chauffée (donc pas possible de s'y baigner en cas de beau temps occasionnel)
