Island Pearl Villa is a beautifully renovated, spacious 2,600-square-foot home with three luxurious bedrooms, offering ample space for up to 10 guests. Located in the exclusive Islands at Mauna Lani, a low-density community with only 46 residences spread across 20 acres, this villa features one of the largest and most sought-after three-bedroom floor plans in the area.
Each bedroom boasts its own private ensuite bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy for all guests.

The main living areas, including the expansive living room, dining room, and chef's kitchen, are among the finest in the Islands at Mauna Lani. The villa has been tastefully appointed with brand-new, high-end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, including elegant living room, bedroom, and lanai (patio) furniture.
The outdoor space is equally inviting, with super-comfortable lounging areas designed for relaxation and enjoyment in this stunning island setting.

This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished with two primary suites
The Main upstairs suite has a King bed and private ensuite and private lanai.
The 2nd downstairs suite also has a king bed, private ensuite and walk out to the lanai.
The Third upstairs bedroom has two TwinXL beds which can be combined as King with gel topper. also with private lanai
and private ensuite.

Additionally there are two queen sleeper sofas. There is a King in the main living room and queen in the
upstairs loft.

The large living room has brand new 65" UltraHD 4K Samsung TV. The large lanai doors overlook the grassy backyard surrounded with tropical gardens. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table.

The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Staying at the Islands at Mauna Lani gives you full access to its pool complex complete with spa hot tub and a large pool that comes equipped with a hidden grotto behind a waterfall.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
