A lovely time was had by all! This is a truly nice place with all you need for vacation at your fingertips! There is a stunning staircase, so be creative when keeping little ones safe but, it all was fine! Wonderful two weeks!

AMAZING Property

Second time staying at this location and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Beautiful home in a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Golf cart is a wonderful touch as as my wife stayed at the house most off the time while my friend and his son were out on adventures. Gave her the ability to experience the resort while we had the rental car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Very well appointed, great communication with property management. Comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the golf cart for getting to tennis, the beach club and the resort restaurants. Spent much time relaxing by the pool and soaking in the hot tub.

We loved our stay at 349 KaMilo. House had everything you could possibly need. Loved the pool and hot tub. Be sure to check out the Beach Club during your stay. We waited until our last day to visit and wished we had done it earlier. Long drive to visit Volcano National Park and some of the better waterfalls closer to Hilo.

AMAZING PROPERTY

From check in to check out was AMAZING!! Beautiful location with access to beautiful beaches, easily accessible with the provided golf cart. Although close to neighbors, it still feels fairly secluded....especially in the wonderful pool. Kitchen was amazing and pantry was well supplied with basic spices. Be prepared to bring your own coffee or K-cups as there were none to get us through even one morning.

Beautiful house

The house is exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with all pans and cooking utensils you could need. House comes up with plenty of paper products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. unlike some other VRBOs. The golf cart is a fun touch that our daughter loved! We drove it around the community plus the surrounding areas. Highly recommend this house!

Awesome home away from home

The house was immaculate. The home offered everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good meal(e.g. pots, pans, dishes, utensils). It was quite around the neighborhood and we were able to peacefully enjoy our stay. The pool was the perfect size for our family. It was close to a shopping center and a private beach. The Property and Guest Care Associate, Colby was quick to respond if we had a question. Overall, we were satisfied with everything the home had to offer.

Lovely home

The Kamilo 349 house was absolutely lovely - so serene, tastefully decorated, and really comfortable - everything was just as advertised. The pool was sparkling clean and nicely warmed to our desired temp. The gorgeous kitchen was well-stocked with basic provisions, so we didn't have to run out to get salt, olive oil, coffee filters. It was great to have pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, laundry, and a golf cart for quick runs here and there. A good market is very nearby, and there is a nice common area with 2 pools and a gym within a beautiful little park very close to the house. The management team was responsive and helpful. The Canoe House at the Fairmont was wonderful, and the Mauna Lani Beach Club is close by and a perfect beach for alfresco lunch/drinks, swimming and snorkeling. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely love this place and will stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed quite a few places that were very nice on the island but this is favorite so far! The home is decorated very nicely, the management company was very responsive, and the pool and location were excellent. The kitchen is well stocked, home has all modern amenities and lots of great toys for pool/beach. Its like an oasis, very quiet with great hot tub and lots of things to do nearby but totally relaxing at house. We recommend beach club Napua restaurant and the Maridia at The Westin for great food and views. I set up tours easily through property mgmnt website and had them set up in home couples massage, which was pure heaven poolside! Beth and Kyle with Tiare were best massages we've ever had.

We flew to Hawaii for 6 nights with a group of six. Three adults and three kids all under 7. This house had absolutely EVERYTHING covered. They had a rental property company contact me weeks in advance to help plan any in home meals, massages or even family photos. They also contacted me the day before to go thru the property and answer any questions. When we got to the Gecko House (cute Geckos outside everywhere) everything was clean, organized and neatly labeled. There was some kids cups/utensils for meals and even a high chair and pack/play. There were dark curtains for kids naps. There was a backyard pool which was CLEAN and the temp was perfect (we did not add additional heating). Plenty of pool/beach towels in the propert. There was a balcony with a grill and outdoor dining table which was amazing for the evenings. There was a golf cart which made it convenient to get to the shops, nearby resort beach or resort pool. I would still recommend a separate rental car to travel around the island. We used the snorkels and gear from the property to see fish at the local resort beach, it was easy and convenient to get so many great versatile experiences from one property! Highly highly highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!!

If you and your family are searching for a place to vacation together, then look no further! Ka Milo 349 will be your perfect home away from home. As soon as I booked the property, Elite Pacific Vacations (Gather) reached out with email communications, answering all my questions and arranging any special services requested. As we got closer to arrival I received text communication with perfect driving and entry directions. Upon arrival we were blown away! The property was so beautiful. The pictures are accurate, however, they don’t do the property justice, it is much better in real life. The house is located in the back of the complex which we loved. It was so serene and quiet. No one around but the full time residents next door who were very warm and welcoming. This property gives you the comfort of being home and it is SPOTLESS. Everything is labeled so you know exactly where to find things. Anything and everything you need is here. The property has plenty of room to feel like you have your own space and yet also come together to grill and enjoy family meals. There is something for everyone in your party: places to go for walk/runs, playing in the property’s private pool, golf, all the beach toys and supplies for your days at the beach/exploring, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. Each perfect day was ended by taking a little cruise on the property’s private golf cart to a beautiful, rugged, nearby beach to watch the sunset. Mahalo for everything we will be back!

My husband and I booked here last minute and it was perfect. More house than we needed, but the privacy of a home was what we were after vs a hotel or condo particularly during covid times. The private pool and spacious well-equipped house was enough we didn’t need to leave. However, we explored a new beach everyday. The golf cart was helpful for parking at nearby mauna lani amenities, restaurants, and beaches. The house is at the end of a road so very quiet. We met the full time neighbors next door and very friendly. We would certainly come back with kids. I did notice a pack and play for anyone traveling with an infant. There were chairs and umbrellas and other misc beach accessories which was helpful. Enjoy!

The House was fantastic!

Everything was amazing about this property! We loved lounging by the pool, using the kitchen (which had the best knives out of all of the rentals we have done), and hanging out on the patio. Overall, best house we have rented.
