We had an amazing two weeks this place! The walk down to the beach was just a few minutes, and the beach itself was awesome. The pool, hot tub, and gym available were great, but contrary to the photos the gym only had cardio equipment, no free weights nor machines. The condo was clean, well decorated, comfortable and clearly well cared for. We were surprised to find a closet of "beach stuff" near the entrance, and got some good use out of the beach chairs and the like that we would've never thought to bring with us on a flight. The shops near by (king's and queen's) were convenient, and compared to Ali'i drive, no more expensive. It doesn't hurt that the best shave ice on the island is located in the King's market, which we visited multiple times. We had a couple vehicles to park, never had any issues finding spaces just outside the front door. The location turned out to be good; even if it is about 30 minutes from Kailua-Kona (where a lot of our obligations were), it was amazing to retreat to somewhere quiet and clean at the end of each day. We felt very safe leaving our towels and scuba kit on the patio to dry over night, even if that might not be the official recommendation. The host was great, answered all of our questions quickly and clearly every time something came up. Highly recommended!

We had a few small issues at check in but the property manager was quick to remedy. The condo has everything you need, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach toys, plenty of towels. The pool on the property is lovely but they don’t allow rough housing by kids (it’s not huge so understandable). The beach consistently has sea turtles swimming and feeding and the view is stunning. Great location to drive to Kona to swim with manta rays, drive north to Hawi for zip lining or about two hours from volcanoes national park.

Fantastic Property

Came with our three small children and everyone loved the place. Fully stocked with all the beach toys and floaties you'll need. The host was very quick to respond for any requests. Location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent condo in a superb location. The unit is actually better than the pictures - clean, quiet, spacious, ground-floor, very light inside and great lanai - furnishings beautiful and amenities (including appliances) excellent. Closet stocked with everything you could need for the beach, which is just a few min walk away (but condo pool area near the ocean also great). Minutes walk from Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace (HIGHLY recommend Island Market in Queens Marketplace for groceries, lunch, sundries, etc). Ample parking. We generally don’t stay in the same place twice but all of us (including two college-aged kids) would stay here again in a heartbeat.
