Kolea 14H is a premier condo at Waikoloa Resort. Paradise is calling from this incredible two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. You will begin to relax and unwind as soon as you enter Kolea 14H. Take in the calming views of the ocean from inside the villa as well as expansive views of beautifully landscaped areas. Watch from the lanai as the sun sets over the Pacific.

Use the Viking grill on the lanai to prepare your favorite meals while keeping beverages chilled in the lanai refrigerator. Inside the villa, the air conditioning will keep you comfortable after spending time at the pool, the beach, and the many other attractions the Kohala Coast and Big Island have to offer. This villa is professionally decorated in a comfortable Hawaiian motif, from the bedrooms to the living room and lanai.

The dining table has seating for six plus two barstools to pull up to the kitchen island. The living room has space to relax, and the sofa folds out to a queen sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with many amenities you will need to make planning and creating delicious meals a breeze. This unit includes cookware, cooking utensils, spices, cooking oils, aluminum foil and wrap, paper towels and napkins.

The villa also has high-speed wireless internet and a large screen TV in the living room.

Kolea has a walking path to the ponds and the beach, private beach club with an infinity-edge pool, hot tub, sand bottom pool, kitchen, fitness center, and pavilion. You will love the views of Anaeho'omalu Beach (A-Bay), the Waikoloa Anchialine Ponds, and mountains. It's a 2-to-3-minute walk to the pool and beach club area and another 2 minutes to A-Bay beach. Two open-air shopping malls, the Kings Shops and Queens Shops, are within walking distance.

The Waikoloa Beach Marriott and Hilton Waikoloa Village are on each side of Kolea with A-Bay directly in front. Waikoloa Resort offers fun for all with two shopping centers, restaurants, luaus, boat tours, and much more! We want you to have a wonderful vacation and a five-star experience in our Kolea villa.

Amenities were nice it was close to the beach and the grounds were very well kept. The view and house was cozy and clean and there was a reusable tote with some other goodies when we arrived. (You’ll need the tote to carey anything you buy at the local market down the street if you don’t want to buy one.) The rug and furniture in the living room was a little dirty, old. There was a couple bulbs that needed to be replaced due to being burned out in the secondary bathroom and master bedroom but overall the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed! The only thing missing was beach chairs which was listed as something the place came with on the listing. We enjoyed our time overall, very quiet, safe and clean.

Small family getaway with an ocean view

Check I was super easy, the place is how it was described (we’ve been to the property many times) we cooked in most nights. As to be expected the knives were not sharp and that’s why we alway bring our own. Tons of beach accessories like chairs umbrella and coolers in the garage storage. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay at a peacful place

We had a great time enjoying the space with our two young kids... They had great time in the wading pool and the swimming pool... Beach was a short walk away and it was pretty mellow and not too crowded each time we went.

Wonderful stay!

We loved Kolea 14H! Great location just steps from the beach and a gorgeous infinity pool with amazing views. Also within short walking distance of shops and restaurants. Condo was extremely comfortable and QUIET--you'd never know there were people staying above or beside you. Kitchen had every dish or tool you'd need, just no basics like spices or condiments, so bring those with you. Our family enjoyed breakfasts on the porch listening to the birds all around us. Would definitely stay here again when on the Big Island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. They pay attention to reviews and make changes. For example, there were beach towels provided, sand toys and even a boogie board which was so fun--thank you! There are now multiple cards to get into the pool, however they did not work for us--only the key fob worked. There was a sponge to do dishes, but yes there are no spices. We bought salt and pepper and left them. The shades in the twin beds room were both broken, but my two teens didn't care. All in all, it was a great place and we'd happily stay here again.

Beautiful Condo with ocean view in gated community. Condo was extremely well appointed and very conveniently located. I would rate it 5 stars if the beach had been better. We were disappointed that the water near shore was full of large lava rocks, hindering ocean swimming.

Better than expected

Fantastic location and perfect space for the three of us. Spacious floor plan, great outside balcony with built in bbq, table for 4, beautiful grounds and ocean view. 2 min walk to pool and beach area. Pool area had plenty of chairs, towels and the views were amazing. I would definitely stay in this location and property again. Suggestion would be to have basic spices in condo such as saLt and pepper. We entered at night and it was impossible to read the building numbers, so better written instructions are needed.

Wonderful property we look forward to staying again.

Our family stayed for a week. We loved the property, location, and amenities. It was clean, well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. If you didn’t want to make a drive into town for groceries, there’s a market just a few blocks away in the resort square. The beach was just a short walk away through the pool/clubhouse area which was quiet and not crowded. The only thing we would improve is the queen sized mattress in the master bedroom has sunken/sagging. Despite that, we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful…

beautiful and clean unit, from the inside out to the lanai. Grill worked great. The bathroom/showers also felt very clean which I appreciate the most.. Walking distance to the pool which is beautiful, peaceful and stress free if you have toddlers/infants. We had to buy some spices and laundry detergent(sensitive kind), and cleaning wipes for the counters and small messes. Other than that, the unit was pretty equipped!

Very nice condo with a great view of A Bay, but lacks some of the essentials typical of other condos in the area. This unit did not have any beach chairs/toys or basic spices for cooking (even salt and pepper).Worked well for our family, but would not consider the unit to be a “premier” unit.

Beautiful condo and premises, great location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful with a view and the location is fantastic as you can walk to the beach and shopping. The pool is very nice but there is only one key card provided to enter the pool area from the street or from the beach (which is the only beach access to the overall property). If you have more than one or two people in your party, this is rather inconvenient if everyone doesn’t want to do the same thing at the same time. I’ve stayed in other units previously and more cards were provided or key code access was given which was much more desirable. Other than this issue, everything was lovely.

Beautiful location, spacious, well-equipped!

Lovely weather! Paradise here! Fully equipped kitchen, we cooked all our dinners here and lacked for nothing. We ate all meals on lanai. Quiet location, only sometimes heard neighbors on lanai, never from inside the condo. We had to change the master bed because sheets were dirty (stained, hair) but luckily there were extra sheets in closet and those were clean. Also when we tried to check in, we were only given the gate code and not the door code. But I called the emergency number and they got back to me right away in two minutes with check in code so it wasn't a problem. Beautiful property with ocean view, convenient beach access and pool was lovely too. Sunsets can't be beat!

If it hadn't been booked, we would have extended our stay!The kitchen has everything you need. We made breakfast here daily and grilled steaks on the lanai for dinner. The beds were very comfortable as well.We loved having the fitness area next to the pool for daily workouts, and the beach down the path was breathtaking. We’ve been all over Hawaii, and this is hands down one of our favorite beaches on any island.We dined at Ulu Ocean Grill at the Four Seasons, where the fresh seafood and views were to die for. Another standout was Binchotan at the Fairmont Orchid.The farmer's market in Waimea is a foodie paradise! Everything from the Mangos to the birria tacos had us wishing we could go every day. For fellow nature lovers, a hike through the rainforest at Kalopa State Park is an absolute must. We’ll be doing more hikes on our next trip!We are already planning our next trip back. Mahalo!

Perfect Location

The location and proximity to A Bay are amazing. The unit is great with lots of space, an amazing lanai with ocean views. Where this rental falls short is in the “little things” as others have mentioned. No beach equipment with the beach a five minute walk away is a head scratcher. I watched lots of people in the complex with chairs and umbrellas provided by their rental. Not one spice, condiment or cooking supply is not on par with other vacation rentals. We didn’t even get a sponge to wash pots and pans. No kleenex and tv remote batteries were dead. The units instructions say you are getting a “starter pack” of essentials like TP, trash bags, toiletries, etc and if you run out it’s on the tenant to provide. That was a new one. Others have made similar comments but the corporate entity that runs this rental doesn’t seem to be interested in listening which is too bad. And not providing these trivial incidentals seems petty on their part. We will definitely stay in this complex again but probably in another unit unless these things change.

Great location, very clean and spacious condo, loved sitting out on the deck for dinner or a glass of wine. Always found a chair at the pool or the beach. Great excursions right from that beach. Highly recommend!
