Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.

This spacious four-bedroom home is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It features two Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite and a king-size bed. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two Twin XL beds that can be joined to create a king upon request.

The airy, open-concept main floor brings together the kitchen, dining area, great room, and a large lanai with a full outdoor kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with space for another six at the outdoor dining table and four more at the expansive kitchen island.

The great room offers an unbelievably comfortable oversized sofa and chair—perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and adventure. Enjoy games, music through the soundbar, or movies and sports on the large UltraHD 4K TV.

The main-floor lanai, complete with a BBQ, outdoor living area, and dining space, is ideal for relaxing throughout the day. • Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean

• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool.

A short drive away is the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
