The beautiful traditional Istrian house Casa Amelia is located in the medieval town of Pićan in central Istria. This recently renovated stone house is carefully furnished with modern, high-quality furniture and will provide its guests with a high level of comfort. Located in the centre of the small town, this wonderful holiday house will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxing holiday for up to 4 people, with an authentic feeling of central Istria. The city of Labin is only 20 km away and the beautiful beaches of Rabac about 25 km away. At the guests' disposal are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, a home gym, a separate toilette with a washing machine and a dryer, a spacious living room with a wood fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an exit to a private fenced courtyard with a jacuzzi and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing during the summer evenings.
