Beautiful, completely renovated Istrian house in a small quiet place Ripenda Kras near Rabac and the medieval town of Labin.

It is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a vacation in a quiet area. It is equipped with modern furniture and extends through the first floor and the second floor, which are connected by a spiral staircase.



In just a few minutes by car you can reach Rabac, a popular place among holidaymakers with beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea, from where you can take a boat ride or a walk along the beautiful promenade by the sea. Nearby is a famous restaurant with local specialties and wines. You can also visit the

Old Town of Labin on a hill, where cultural events take place in the summer. Stroll through the picturesque streets, visit cultural sights and enjoy the gastronomic offer of local restaurants and bars.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit sehr freundliche Nachbarn.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es macht Spaß dort Urlaub zu machen. Wir sind jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und vermutlich war es nicht das letzte Mal. Rabac selbst ist ein schöner kleiner Urlaubsort mit ausreichend Gastronomie. Das Wasser ist unglaublich sauber, man sieht Fische direkt in Strandnähe. Was man wissen sollte, um die richtigen Erwartungen zu haben. Die Fahrt vom Haus bis zum Strand und nach Rabac dauert ca. 10- 15 Minuten, weil die Straßen etwas schmal und kurvig sind. Aber dafür bekommt man eine unglaubliche Idylle und Ruhe.
