Fenced family and pet-friendly Villa near Rabac, fully air-cond, quiet location

In a small place near Labin town stands a beautiful holiday home with pool. It was renovated and furnished for a comfortable stay.
The ground floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, small bathroom and a corridor. On the first floor are located 3 bedrooms, big bathroom, fitness room and a balcony.
Outside there is an inviting swimming pool to cool off and covered patio for romantic evenings with a good glass of wine. There are also a solar shower, beach chairs, front and back garden. You can use garden barbecue for fun and tasty meals with friends. Kids will enjoy the double rocking chair and toboggan with swings.
The house has air condition in every room, Wi-Fi, TV, kabel TV, DVD player and radio.
The house is located not far from tourist area. Town Labin is only 4 km away and the sea is 8 km away in the place called Rabac which is known for it's beautiful beaches and many tourist attractions.
This holiday home is ideal for families with children and pets or group of friends who just want to enjoy in everything that this house is offering.
You are in an environment that offers many opportunities for an active holiday. In the nearby prologue you can dive. The climbers and hikers among you might like to visit the famous tourist destination Skitaca. Try traditional dishes and wines in local restaurants and enjoy many activities available under the Rabac sun.

Great vacation

Was a great trip to Croatia. We love the area. Walter's house was a great base camp and he did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. Very responsive to our requests, and communication was great.

Just awesome

The house is exactly as described and more: it has 2 new couches in the living room and new windows and shades! The host is a very nice man that will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We were 5 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space! The pool is always clean and has the right temperature! I strongly recommend this house.

Nice vacation house

We were here for two weeks and it was a good vacation. The neighborhood was calm which was important. We really enjoyed house exterior which is bigger than on the photos because there is a garden with fruit trees and toboggan for kids behind the house. We were surprised with a little gym witch was not on the photos, so that was a big plus. And it was great that we had our own peace because big part of house and pool is hidden from passengers view. I recommend it.

Great location, excellent outdoor area, interior a little tired and dated

This property has an excellent outdoor area and pool, which is really why we decided to stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the pool, which was relaxing and a lot of fun. The outdoor barbecue is also a bonus. The house however is a little tired, dated and cluttered in places (the dining and living space). The bathrooms in particular could use some updating. However, the house is certainly comfortable enough, the air conditioning is very useful in the heat and overall we did enjoy our stay. Walter is really helpful and recommended nice beaches and restaurants. It wasn't great for us that Walter had to come and "check" the property at the end of our stay when we were leaving to drive to Zagreb for our flight at 7.30am as we have never experienced this before, however that may just be our experience of the many other rentals we have stayed in around Europe. On a positive note, the location of the property is excellent, very close to Labin, which is lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the Santa Marina beach which was only around 18 minutes drive. Rabac beach is closer but very busy (although we did stay during high season in August).

Es war eine sehr nette Bekanntschaft mit Valter,Freundlich, Nett und Hilfsbereit. Unsere 5 Kinder mochten ihn auf anhieb. Kommt alle 2 Tage rum, macht den Pool in Ordnung. Alles in allem ein toller Rundumservice.Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Einkauf war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.Den Kindern und uns hat es gefallen.

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden, die Ausstattung ist sehr,sehr alt. Die Küche ist ist gut ausgestattet, aber es gab leider kein Spülmittel und keine Geschirrtücher. Für Hundebesitzer, der Zaun ist nicht überall !!!!! Was für uns sehr wichtig war, wir mussten mit alten Sachen die sich ums Haus befinden erstmal die Löcher zumachen, das war eine komplette Seite zum Nachbarn. Moskitonetze wären sehr angebracht, man kann leider kaum lüften, weil das Haus sich sofort mit Mücken füllt.Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah zu allem was wichtig ist. Pool ist herrlich groß, der Vermieter kam alle 2 Tage zum saubermachen, leider war die Zeit nicht so praktisch, von 10 bis 12 Uhr, in der Zeit könnten wir nichts machen ausser warten.....

Familenurlaub in Kroatien

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit unseren 3 Kindern. Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Besonders die Tatsache, dass der Pool nur für unsere Familie zur Verfügung stand, kam bei den Kindern gut an. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Außenbereich hat uns wirklich gut gefallen: der großer Garten, in dem wir Ball oder Frisbee spielen konnten, der Pool zum erfrischen und die schattige Terrasse haben uns schöne Stunden beschert.

Spätsommerurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, sowohl Umgebung, Objekt und Gastgeber waren ausgezeichnet, freundlich und luden zu einem sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub in Kroatien ein. Der Gastgeber Walter war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte viele gute Tips zu tollen und sehenswerten Orten parat. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Frische Kiwis aus dem eigenen Garten gab es noch dazu. Wir bedanken uns bei Walter für den schönen Aufenthalt und wünschen ihm alles Gute.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen Gast bei Walter und es war sehr sehr schön! Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Pubertieren, 1 Vierjährige und 1 Hund! Das Haus ist schön groß und geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet! Was fehlt, kann man im Ort kaufen. Lidl und Spar gibt es und weitere Supermärkte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt und nach einer Woche gibt es neue zum Wechseln! Walter ist sehr nett und kommt alle 2 Tage vorbei, um den Pool zu reinigen! Er gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und kann bei Problemen jederzeit angerufen werden. Gesprochen wird ausschließlich auf Englisch! Von Labin aus gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben! Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung!

Utlaub in Kroatien

Wir sind mit 4 Personen und 3 Hunden in dem Haus gewesen. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum vor ort essen, trinken oder kochen braucht. Der Grill funktioniert gut und der Pool ist echt gut...nicht überchlort und echt super sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle 2-3 tage um nach den rechten zu sehen und den pool sauber zu machen. Die Klima anlagen funktionieren einwandfrei. Das einzige Manko waren die Mücken aber das ist natur und dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Er hat uns auch so Mückenabwehr zeugs für die steckdose gegeben und auf der Terrasse war auch so ein Mückenabwehr gerät über dem tisch an Strom angeschlossen. Unsere Hunde hsben sich da super wohl gefüllt und konnten den ganzen Tag draußen rumlaufen oder auf der Terrasse auf den khlen fliesen schutz vor der Sonne suchen. Ich kann das Objekt für mehrere Leute und auch tiere sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub - Innenbereich Ferienhaus in die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Kroatien/Labin. Walter ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er kommt alle 2 Tage um den Pool zu reinigen und gibt tolle Tipps und Anregungen. Sein Haus ist sehr groß und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar Renovierungs-/ Modernisierungsarbeiten wären schön. Ratsam wäre, einige notwendigen Ferienhausuntesilien (Gewürze, Putztücher, Reinigungsmittel....) mitzunehmen, da diese kpl. fehlen. Der Terassen- / Garten und Poolbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt und man kann den Urlaub im Freien sehr genießen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Kroatien kommen.

Ein rundum toller Familienurlaub

Das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes schnell zu unserem Heim und vermittelte uns ein Stück kroatische Lebensweise.Die Ausstattung hat uns entsprochen.Das Platzangebot und die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns (Urlaub zu fünft/Eltern zwei Söhne und die Oma)optimal.Der private Pool ist ein Traum und wurde vom Besitzer regelmäßig gereinigt. Den Kontakt zum Vermieter möchte ich hier nochmal ganz besonders erwähnen.Walter hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, durch seine kulinarischen und kulturellenTipps, dass wir fernab der Massen einen unvergessenen Urlaub erleben durften. Ein herzliches Dankeschön hierfür an ihn!

Es war wunderschön

Wir haben die Zeit in Walters Haus sehr genossen und können nichts Negatives berichten. Walter war sehr bemüht und konnte uns auch den ein oder anderen Tip für Unternehmungen geben. Die Bilder entsprechen teilweise nicht mehr der jetzigen Ausstattung, da Walter stets daran arbeitet , den Standard zu verbessern, so sind zum Beispiel in 2 oberen Schlafzimmern neue Fenster und im Wohnzimmer eine neue Couch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Region nochmals Urlaub machen möchten.

Ein Ferienhaus nach kroatischen Standard

Ein großes Haus, schöner Außenbereich mit Pool. Möbel, Balkonmöbel, Ausstattung, Bäder, Türen, etc. sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter Walter ist bemüht das Haus und die Ausstattung in Schuss zu halten. Er besucht das Haus regelmäßig aller 2 Tage. Je ein Klimagerät pro Etage. Wir haben die Türen Nachts auflassen müssen - ansonsten wurde es zu warm im SZ. Man ist gut beraten diverse kleine Ferienhausutensilien mitzubringen. Diese "kleinen" Annehmlichkeiten zählen klar zum Verbesserungspotential (Lappen, Schwamm, Mückenspiralen, etw.mehr Besteck, kleine Brotmesser, beschichtete Pfanne, Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, usw. ...) Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und 4 Poolauflagen waren ganz neu. Unsere Gesamtbewertung: Ausreichend Wohnfläche mit etwas sparsamer Ausstattung. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gern wieder nach Kroatien! Die Strände sind alle mit Auto zu erreichen (min. Fahrzeit 20min) Ziemlich enge Straßen und Serpentinen. Im Osten von Istrien, muss man immer irgendwie über und durch das Gebirge, dass sollte man wissen. In der Ferienzeit sollte man lieber die Restaurants in Labin telefonisch vorreservieren. ;-) Der Wechselkurs lag Ende Juli bei 7,3 - 7,4 ...wir haben in einer der Banken von Labin getauscht. Walter spricht kein Deutsch aber gutes Englisch.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzigste war, dass das Haus bzw Grundstück laut Beschreibung von allen vier Seiten eingezäunt ist. Das war leider nicht zutreffend sodass wir zunächst unseren Hund nicht frei laufen lassen konnten. Da der Vermieter aber sehr hilfsbereit war, hat er uns am nächsten Tag geholfen mit diversen Planen etc. das Grundstück so zu „umzäunen“ dass wir unseren Hund zumindest bei Tageslicht frei laufen lassen konnten. Auch sonst hat sich der Vermieter sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns schöne Strände und Restaurants zu empfehlen und auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Er war den gesamten Urlaub gut erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub

Mit dem Objekt waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Walter war als Gastgeber sehr angenehm, hilfsbereit, diskret und zuvorkommend. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Für den Preis in Ordnung.

Alles soweit gut. Pool war sauber. Die Auflagen für die Liegen sollten erneuert werden. Kommunikation war super. Man sieht das alter dem Haus und der Ausstattung an. Nächster Laden usw nur mit Auto erreichbar. Leider schade.

Sommerurlaub zu Corona

Haus war im Großen und Ganzen für unseren Urlaub ausreichend. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber. Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt. Pool wurde aller 2 Tage vom Vermieter gereinigt. Umgebung ist traumhaft.
