The apartment is furnished with kitchen, dining room and living room as well as bathroom on the ground floor with access to a terrace. On the 1st floor there is a large balcony with sea views, a double bedroom and a room with 2 bunk beds for 4 people as well as table football. There is a heat pump and washing machine. There are large common areas that invite to play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
