The house is divided into four levels:

Level -2 (115m2) has direct access to the hallway and has a rear entrance which is close to the river. A table tennis table is situated at this level along with a spa pool, sauna, toilet and showers

Level -1: (205m2) consists of 2 parts, namely, for 1/2 its surface a private apartment intended for the owner which has a large double bedroom, lounge, and kitchen.

The ground floor (205m2) has direct access to the road which is Avenue Du Roc de l'estang, which consists of 2 bedrooms, a TV lounge , well equipped kitchen and dining room with American fridge freezer and access to the front terrace with barbecue .

The first floor (166m2) contains 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bath and showers and toilet and a small living room and two wonderful terraces overlooking the Orb.

Outside Space
There are terraces at the front of the property where you can enjoy breakfast or a barbecue and there are also two terraces off the top bedrooms which give fantastic views over Roquebrun, the river, bridge and countryside.
You can also use the bank at the back of the property which is a shared space not normally used by the public, which you can take table, chairs blankets and umbrellas. You have direct access for swimming in the river here and is only a few steps from the property.
