Family Summer Holiday

The property was both great for a family holiday as well as a great base to visit the beach and water parks. The pool was great for the family and is a great size to accommodate everyone as is the house with 5 great bedrooms and good dinning areas inside and outside. Aircon in all the bedrooms is also perfect for a good nights sleep in the warm temperatures.

Lovely villa

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa. It is decorated and equipped to a very high standard with everything you would need for a comforatable and relaxing stay. The pool and pool house were stunning too.. Claudine was an amazing property manager and made sure that everything was perfect for us. With very local access to shops, the beach and also Beziers centre which made it even more special. Will certainly think about booking again in the future.

Excellent well equipped house & pool

This is probably the best villa we've stayed in over the last 20 years. It was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) both in the house and the separate spacious pool room. There are both gas and charcoal barbecues and ample outside and inside seating areas. All the bedrooms have very effective air conditioning. It is only a short drive from Beziers and several excellent beaches are within 20-30 minute drive (and that was during the peak August month). The host, Claudine, was very helpful and ensured our stay was perfect.

Ein Paradies

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen – perfekt für alle, die gerne kochen. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Ein besonderes Highlight war die großzügige Lounge im Außenbereich – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Kohlengrill wie auch Gasgrill wurden von uns täglich benutzt. Der Essplatz draußen bot jeden Abend einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, den wir sehr genossen haben.Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum – sauber, schön gelegen und perfekt temperiert. Auch das Poolhaus war äußerst praktisch, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für entspannte Tage am Wasser braucht.Claudine war eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Wir wünschen Claudine alles GuteWir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus und tolle Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem fantastischen Haus. Bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Claudine war sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn Fragen auftauchten. In die Stadt fährt man etwa 10 Minuten und ans Meer etwa 20 Minuten. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und die Anbindung an die Autobahn ebenfalls. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Séjour exceptionnel

Le Clos de Clo est une superbe propriété, très bien entretenue. Il est bien situé, près d'un marché alimentaire, d'une boulangerie/pâtisserie, d'une poste d'essence, d'une banque; avec accès facile au réseau routier. Claudine nous a bien très bien accueilli et fait de son mieux pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation cette résidence de choix dans la région de Béziers. Merci Claudine

so schön wie erwartet

Die Unterkunft war genauso schön, wie die Bilder erwarten lassen. Nur das Meer ist etwas weiter weg und bei dichtem Verkehr in der Ferienzeit ist man schon mal 20-30 Minuten unterwegs. Da die Unterkunft aber so vielfältige Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitbeschäftigung bietet (riesiger Pool, Tischfußball, Tischtennis, Bouleplatz, Fitnessraum, ...) sind wir eh selten zum Strand gefahren. Für 8 Personen ist in der Villa mehr als genug Platz, sowohl in den Zimmern, als auch in der Küche, am Esstisch (innen und außen), dem Poolbereich,.... Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und man ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Petit coin de paradis entre mer et montagne

Très bonnes vacances en famille dans cette grande et belle maison

Nous avons séjourné à 6 pendant deux semaines dans cette maison moderne et luxueuse. Tout y est bien pensé : aménagement intérieur et extérieur, terrasses, piscine… Nous avons apprécié les chambres spacieuses, la cuisine équipée, le salon vaste et agréable. La pool house à côté de la piscine est également très pratique. La propriétaire est accueillante, sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa !

Une maison spatieuse, élégamment décorée et très bien tenue, pour des vacances en famille de rêve!

A deux familles (4 adultes, 6 enfants), nous avons séjourné durant deux semaines (juillet 2021) dans cette maison magnifique très bien située sur les hauts de Béziers, dans une région offrante une grande diversité de buts d'excursions (villes, nature, parcs, mer...). L'accueil par la propriétaire est très sympathique, et elle n'est pas avare de conseils en tous genres pour rendre le séjour plus réussi encore. Très vaste, bien équipée, dotée d'une grande piscine (13x6), cette propriété est vraiment idéale pour des vacances familiales. Je recommande vivement!

Séjour très agréable en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété où tout est pensé et prévu pour notre confort. Très bonnes prestations, très belle propriété, au calme, avec un équipement très complet. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adoré la piscine et la pool house (très pratique) ainsi que les chambres spacieuses et la salle de sport...Tout est prévu dans le moindre détail par la propriétaire pour que notre séjour soit le plus réussi. Cette dernière est également très accueillante et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous recommandons fortement le Clos de Clo.

Excellentes vacances familiale - Tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette sublime maison très bien entretenue et aménagée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, les prestations sont à la hauteur de la maison. Notre hôte était à notre entière disposition pour toutes questions ou besoins. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec les salles de bains attenantes. Le pool house est vraiment un plus avec sa cuisine qui évite les allers-retours. Pour ce qui est du quartier, un petit centre ville avec toutes les commodités sont à 3min en voiture (supermarché,pharmacie,banque, boulangerie...). La plage de valras est à 20min en voiture.

Very lovely Villa

Séjour en famille et entre amis, nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité de la propiétaire, les prestations haut de gamme de la villa et son environnement ( proche commerces,plages,centre ville de Béziers ).Nous avons eu la chance d’être présent la semaine des ferias de Béziers ( événement à ne pas manquer ) Nous recommandons cette villa et nous y reviendrons. Superbe villa!

Villa superbe, tranquille, luxueuse, spacieuse et très propre. Nous avons passé nos vacances pour la deuxième fois ici, et c'était vraiment top! Acceuil très chaleureux. La piscine avec poolhouse est fantastique, et très bien équipé! Nos enfants (ages 7 et 4) ne voulaient jamais jamais sortir. N'hésitez pas, cette maison est vraiment top!

Belle maison pour des vacances en famille

Un séjour en famille aux portes du centre de Béziers, à proximité des plages et des sites à visiter. Une demeure sur les hauteurs de Béziers avec toutes les commodités proches. Beau pool house, équipement riche et complet. Accueil convivial. Nous recommandons vivement !

Magnifique villa "Je recommande fortement"

Très agréable villa. Idéalement située, environnement très calme, joliment décorée, très confortable et bien équipée. La propriétaire est très accueillante, bienveillante et chaleureuse. Le jardin est agréable avec sa verdure et son espace... On apprécie la grande piscine avec son pool house très bien agencée. Un petit coin de paradis où nous espérons revenir très bientôt....

Maison que je recommande pour les vacances!!!!!

Nous étions un groupe d'amis de huit personnes, juste le temps d'un week-end. Notre hôte nous a reçu agréablement. Cette maison est à tout à fait fonctionnelle et chaleureuse. Vous apprécierez ses grands espaces : cuisine, salon, pool-house...je vous la recommande vivement mais pour plusieurs jours!!! pour éviter toute déception de repartir trop tôt. Charline
