In San Damiano, a beautiful 4 km walk across the olive groves to Todi central !

Large EXCLUSIVE pool is situated in a sunny panoramic position below the house. A few metres from the house.

The pool is 12 x 6 m and has two depths one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with PVC and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.

Besides the pool is an outdoor shower.

Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.

Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.

There is a beautiful garden around the house

There is also a playground for children.

The villa has :

3 double bedrooms + 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be joined)

all the bedrooms have ceiling air fans

there are 5 bathrooms

3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms : 2 with tubs and 1 with shower

both twin rooms have a bathroom with jacuzzi

5th bathroom is on ground floor and has a tub.

Just 4 kms through the olive groves..... a wondrous stroll !

And, just a 15 mins stroll to the nearest wondrous restaurant !

Note - Tourist tax of 1.30 euros/persons over 14 years old/day for 1st 4 nights in a month.

NOTE that the refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is an insurance against vandalism eg wrecking of ping pong table, table football and/or burning of wooden dining room table and/or ripping off of washing machine door. This is what has occurred in the past at this villa. We do not charge for normal breakages eg crockery and glassware. To date we have never charged anyone !

Perfektes Haus in San Damiano (Todi).

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Die Nähe zur Stadt Todi und die schöne Lage in den Hügeln um die Stadt ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück und dem großen Pool ist sehr gut. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Old, ex academics, who moved to Italy as early retirees, partied and travelled back and forth to Sydney, got bored with our indolent life-style, were persuaded to rent out our home, while away, to a violinist performing at the Spoleto festival. Took it from there. That was year 2003 ! Never looked back. Love it ! It means we can talk ad nauseam to anyone who will listen about the fairy tale place in which we live..... Spoleto and its surrounding areas.
