Therefore, if guests stay for only 1 week, only a final cleaning will be provided; however, if guests stay for 2 or more weeks, weekly cleanings will be performed. <br><br>Nestled in the tranquility of nature and surrounded by homes that evoke the charm of an ancient village, this splendid apartment is exactly what you’re looking for to enjoy your holiday in total serenity and comfort.<br>Separate entrance, spacious patio furnished for outdoor dining, and a green area for guests to enjoy.<br>Spanning two levels, it sleeps 6 (with the option to add 2 pull-out beds for children), features a playroom (which can also be used as a nanny’s room), and has 4 bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub.<br>Charming sitting room with wood panelling, fully equipped kitchen, and a hallway with a washing machine and dryer. Three parking spaces in a spacious garage with a heated ramp for easy access even when it snows.

Cosy and very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was available and we had good communication with the host. The location was nearby the slopes and was very clean.

Centrally located for all Dolomite activities in the vicinity of Cortina, without being in the crowded and congested centre of Cortina itself.The 2-level ground floor dwelling has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is very well equipped. Washer, dryer and drying rack all worked well. Comprehensive kitchen. Beds comfortable. A safe, quiet and comfortable environment. Smart TV. Gorgeous historic furnishings and woodwork. Underground carpark, although we didn't use it- parking outside unit was easy and convenient.Host Nicola communicates extremely well and sent videos explaining facets of the chalet.

Summer walking holiday

On the plus side lovely quiet location a few km from centre of Cortina. Generous bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable sitting area.Only small issue was the kitchen and dining / sitting area was a little on the small side for six large adults but didn't detract from an excellent holiday

Top Family Ski holidays

We had the most brilliant time. The apartment is amazing! Lots of space and everything you need is there. Even a play room for the kids and a nice terrace to enjoy some sunshine! Super close to Cortina itself. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Great apartment close to cortina, several large bedrooms with enclosed bathrooms in each one. Fully equipped kitchen. Nicola was a great host that always made sure everything was okay for us. Would come back any time.

Great Place

Spent four nights with family and friends exploring the area. Extremely quiet and beautiful setting. Short hop to town for dining and shopping. Great launch off place for exploring the natural beauty that is all around. Host is extremely attentive with numerous check in videos to make the process simple. Allowed us to leave our gear in the place on check out day so we could spend extra time in the mountains and use his hiking poles which were critical in navigating the early season snow and icy trail. Strongly recommend going and staying!!!!!!

Perfect Location

Very nice apartment with lots of place. A bit outside of Cortina. About 6 km away from the ski slopes. Very friendly welcome of the landlord. Place in top condition. Absolutely recommended for holidays with a bigger family/group. We will come back.
