Confortable and cozy home in Dolomites Mountains

A very nice, spacious and silent apartment with view on Dolomite's Mountains. The perfect place to enjoy your holidays with friends or family in every seasons.
The flat is a typical Cortina's house for 7 persons. all around there is a little wood with other houses. the area is called "i cirmoli" that are the typical Pine trees.
the place is very quite withe possibility to easily park the cars. bus is just out the house by the main street.

Ski base in Cortina

My friends and I used this as our ski apartments in Cortina in 2024. Location is really good with a short walk into town for evening meals. There were 4 of us, 2 shared the twin room because the 4th bedroom was too small.

A homely, spacious apartment

Plenty of room for six people, and there are two big sofas as well, very comfy. Everything very clean and tidy - well looked after. Small balcony is accessible from living room and two bedrooms - the view is a few glimpses of peaks through trees. Kitchen is retro but everything works and well provided for. Electric kettle but no microwave. Wifi is good. Plenty of room for parking outside the apartment. You can walk to town centre in 10 mins. Very good value if its space you are after.

Disappointment

The property is conveniently situated and pleasant. However, some things could be improved: 1 We arrived very late at night in the dark and rain. We managed to find the correct apartment block but had not received any information on which apartment it was! We had to try the key in the door of each one until we found the one it fitted. 2 There are no instructions for anything - cooker, tv etc. 3 The kitchen equipment is quite antiquated. 4 We were very surprised to receive a text from the owner a couple of days after arriving home, saying we had left the apartment 'very dirty' and saying she would retain €50 from the deposit. This would be on top of the €50 cleaning charge already in the cost of the apartment. This accusation is untrue and made a very upsetting end to our holiday. We cannot imagine what was supposedly 'very dirty'. It is doubly annoying when the apartment hadn't been particularly clean when we arrived. We'd had to wash crockery before we could use it and there was plenty of dust around. A horrid end to our trip.

Charming apartment

The apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. The view of the mountains were spectacular. It's about a 10 minute walk into town but the walk back is mostly uphill. We had difficulty finding the apartment as the house number does not face the street. Cortina is a lovely town with lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a fabulous hike to Sorapis Lake. There are loads of hiking and biking opportunities.
