One of the oldest properties in Bude, Neet Retreat is a spacious 3 bed, 3 reception room riverside property, 300m from Summerleaze beach. 150m from the shops, restaurants and pubs. Sleeping 7 in 3 bedrooms it has many original features and a few great modern ones. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large American Fridge, 7 burner range with double oven, microwave and communal island. The 48 bottle wine fridge will come in handy. Parking in the attached garage, fast WiFi and log burner.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately this was an error by vrbo who double booked our property. We did deal with this immediately by contacting the customer support team and providing an immediate refund. Vrbo then confirmed that they would manage this moving forwards. You immediately managed to find alternative accommodation on the day that this happened then confirmed that you would take this up with vrbo for compensation. We were very upset by this as we only ever want the best experience for our guests. I know that it caused you a lot of stress but please be assured it caused us a lot of stress and upset too as we know how terrible this would have been for you.
