The gift of an amazing view

Loved staying in this lovely house with a beautiful terrace and an amazing view. The rooms are great, but the best part is certainly the outdoor space: a great place to relax, socialize and enjoy the sunrise and the changing sea and island views. It is also only a 5min walk to the nearest beach if you fancy a swim. The rooms and bathrooms inside are also comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen could use more (natural or artificial) light, but besides that a wonderful place which I would not hesitate to recommend and where I would have pleasure to come back to.

Punta Morlara

Wir waren Ende Mai 23 vor Ort im Haus. Es war herrlich ruhig und die Entspannung gelang sofort. Inserat und Istzustand sind 100% deckungsgleich! Somit volle Punktzahl. Highlights: - Aussicht - tolle Anlage, sehr gepflegt - Haus traumhaft in die Maccia eingebettet, Nachbarn somit fast nicht sichtbar - Kleine Buchten in max. 10 Minuten (nur) fussläufig zu erreichen (wahrscheinlich in der Saison überlaufen) - netter Kontakt (kurze Reaktionszeit) - tolle Küchenaustattung - Zimmer großzügig, gute Betten, nette Bäder - sehr schönes Ambiente im Haus - Preis/Leistung passt Zur Vollständigkeit: - das Haus liegt auf 35 Meter über dem Meer (d.h. zum Strand geht es den Berg runter, somit auch wieder rauf - Stühle, Liegen im Aussenbereich benötigen dringend eine Überarbeitung - Viele Glühbirnen defekt - eine schöne Aussendusche wäre herrlich - vernünftige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Auto (ca. 20 Minuten einfach) Geht gar nicht: - der bereitgestellte Grill ist ein NoGo! Da kennen wir in deutlich günstigeren Häusern wesentlich Besseres Fazit: - sofort und gerne wieder, allerdings nur in der Nebensaison
