First, its not a house but an apartment in a nice rural building with 3 other apartments next to each other. The unit is a nice size (2bedroom one) but it needs a little upkeep like regrouting around the sinc and dishes that are not chipped, Since theres no ac, we couldn’t open the windows because it lacks screens, there were ants if you leave any crumbs on the table,but this is the country, the place was clean, has what you need to make a simple meal, the grounds are peaceful and the hosts attentive and very responsive. Its rural, so supply with drinks and groceries before hand because theres not much around but is a great place to have a relaxed time away from the busy city. It helps if you have a car.

Schöne ferienwohnungen mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Wohnungen und der Pool sind sehr schön, Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch, bemüht und nimmt sich Zeit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die nähere Umgebung ist eine landwirtschaftliche Gegend mit Landmaschinen, die auf dem feld arbeiten und vielen Hunden, die man oft bellen hört, auch nachts. Concha ist sehr zuverlässig, sympathisch und kommunikativ.

Super location to relax

We booked here to visit Granada and relax at the same time, and this rental was perfect for that. Choncha answered all our questions and was very helpful booking taxis during our stay. The apartment was just right for the 4 of us. Because the weather was so good we took every meal at table outside under the vines. There was everything we needed for cooking and making good coffee. We did not have a car and hence either used taxi or the bicycles. To cycle to the local supermarket took 15 minutes. To cycle in to Granada 25 minutes, both were on cycle paths or quite roads. The pool was a welcome area to cool off at and relax. Sitting outside at night watching the sun set and chatting was lovely. Despite being so close to the city you really are in the countryside. Overall we had a wonderful week.

Granada in May/June

The property is a big rural property which is a 45 min walk to the centre of Granada. It is a working farm , so guests need to understand that. The stay was most relaxing with plenty of rural walks, trekking in the Alpujarras (about 1hr away) and the stunning history of Granada.

Ein ruhiges Feriendomizil, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Großes Zimmer mit Kochbereich, 2 Schlafzimmer. Tisch mit Stühlen vor dem Haus. Fahrräder waren verfügbar, mit denen wir auch nach Granada fuhren. Ausgezeichneter Wein. Rundum ausgesprochen angenehm.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Concha, bienveillante et attentionnée , nous a accompagnés au mieux avant et pendant notre séjour. Le site est très calme et proche de Grenade. Notre gîte typiquement espagnol était d un confort absolu. Un grand merci à Concha et Virginia qui nous ont montrés que le sourire est héréditaire..

Magnifique gîte

Très bon accueil de la part de Concha. Un gîte où nous avons manqué de rien : la maison est fraîche, les lits très confortables, la terrasse ombragée, la piscine grande, les bains de soleil reposants, un environnement très calme aux portes de Grenade...Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié la ferme. Notre hôtesse était à nos petits soins : linge de maison renouvelé en milieu de semaine. Elle propose également l'achat de produits locaux. Tout était parfait.

Charme, Sérénité, accueil chaleureux.

Cette résidence présente l'avantage du charme d'une ancienne hacienda avec un grand confort, dans un environnement de campagne, tout en étant à proximité de Grenade. Concha nous accueille chaleureusement et accompagne notre séjour de conseils avisés. Tout était parfait.

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit gemeinsamen Pool. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnungen. Alles war vorhanden und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Vermierterin kümmert sich rührend um die Belange der Gäste. Es gibt kostenlos frisches Obst von der zugehörigen Plantage und Bio-Produkte können ebenfalls eingekauft werden. Zwei Katzen, mit denen unsere Tochter (9 Jahre) viel Spass hatte.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in bäuerlicher Umgebung, nicht weit entfernt von Granada

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Der Gestaltungsstil ist bewusst rustikal gewählt. Die Zimmer sind groß. Ein Auto ist fürs Einkaufen und den Besuch der Umgebung (Granada, Sierra Nevada...) notwendig/empfehlenswert , da sich die Unterkunft in einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Umgebung befindet.

Dans ce gîte rural, tout était au rendez-vous pour réussir nôtre séjour

Nous avons fait un circuit de 8 jours en Andalousie début Avril 2016, et avons passé 2 nuits dans ce gîte rural. Cette maison typiquement Andalouse est tenue par Concha une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable. la literie est très bonne, le lieu est superbe avec une vue sur la Sierra Nevada enneigée. Nous étions en famille avec nos deux filles de 16 et 14 ans. Bonne situation pour se rendre au supermarché Carrefour en 10 minutes et 15 minutes du centre ville. Au niveau visites, nous avons visité l'Alhambra et Generalife, nous avons déambulé dans les ruelles étroites et le quartier Albaicin . En bref que du positif pour ce séjour trop court à notre goût
