We couldn't have wished for somewhere so convenient to stay, just a few minutes walk to the beginning of many streets full of shops and the harbour, beaches etc.

Lovely and comfortable
Beautifully clean cottage , well equipped, beautiful linen on the beds. We'll be back!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage especially for it's easy walking distance to St Ives town centre. The house is very well equipped (we stayed for a weekend) and the biggest bonus was the amount of toys and DVDs for our 5 year old, especially on a rainy day!
Brilliant location, 30 seconds from the front door of the cottage and your in the heart of the town, used the parking at the leisure Centre for 7 day stay, cost £26 plus, you have to pre book, with the car park/ cornwall. You have everything you need in the cottagecouncil
The cottage was in the ideal location only a 5 minute walk from St Ives harbour and 5 minute walk to the beach.
Really enjoyed our stay, only down side was parking but it wasn't a big issue.
Whoever stays at this cottage pull up outside and drop your stuff off and drive down to the st Ives train station car park as it's only 25 pound for a week, don't park at the laundrette carpark they charge 112.50 a week and we saw on reviews they give you a parking tickets even when you have paid
Lovely cottage but there was an issue with slugs in the kitchen every night on the kitchen worktops. There were problems with drainage in the bathroom and kitchen.
Charming little cottage, comfy bed and airy bedroom, spacious character bathroom. I felt safe & slept well. Kitchen packs amazing amount of equipment into small area. Living, dining room a little dark but this makes it cool in the heat, decor very St Ives & charming, including split stable door plus good spot to ‘people watch’ walking up & down hill. Only problem for me were the sofas, sofa-bed seating was as rigid as a board & painful to sit on & other sofa tooo soft with no support, but ok to lie on. Evening comfort after busy day is important! Cottage good location, not too noisy, co-op across road for supplies. Almost perfect as excellent value for money too.
Beautiful little cottage in a brilliant location! Mark was a fab host and came straight away with any questions we had. Everything is at your finger tips at this little gem of a place. I cant wait to return!
A nice cosy cottage, although kitchen was a bit small, it had all the amenities, a few basics like sugar, teabags, pepper, were missing, but overall we had a nice relaxing stay.
The best of the stay for us was how thoughtfully things were made available to cater to the needs of the guest. From the Welcome book which had instructions and takeout menus to the safety pins in the drawers to the utensils in the kitchen. The location as well made our stay so much better, there is Co-op a couple meters away and short walk to the seafront.
Enjoyed the break as it was the Arts fortnight with lots to see and listen to.
A couple of review - your oven takes so long to heat up we gave up and ate out - I think perhaps an upgrade.
Perhaps the bed linen needs an upgrade too - some of it is rather old .
Overall it was good.

Really lovely traditional fishermans cottage. Clean, cosy and very comfortable with everything we needed.
Close to both beaches. Would happily go back again.
Had a great time here. Good location just 2 minutes walk to harbour. Property was very clean and well equipped. A perfect base and would recommend to anyone. No complaints at all.
There is no parking at the property but we got a weeks parking for £26 in the park avenue car park with the parking app. Its then down the steps across the road.
A recommendation for the owners would be to add a bolt to the front door which connects the 2 halves of the stable style door. A very small thing but found it to be a bit irritating when coming and going and always had to lock the top half with the key when in as no latch for handle????

Overall, a decent place to stay. Well equipped and central. Currently a construction across the road, which made it a bit noisy.
This was our second stay at the cottage, we had a great time! The location is excellent for central St Ives with the beaches and shops in close proximity. Would love to stay again in the future.
