Very central and comfortable studio in the fourth floor, it has 1 double bed and a armchair bed, TV and free Wi-Fi for up to 2 people.
It is located a few meters from the center of Los Cristianos and 700 m from the ocean, in a residence with
swimming pool, a few meters from Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and ALL SERVICES.
It offers relaxation and you really feel on vacation!
The apartment is complete with everything for cooking, refrigerator and everything you need.
It has a beautiful livable terrace and enjoys excellent sun exposure.
There is plenty of street parking.
Sheets and bath towels included.
Complex with lift.
Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (TO BE AGREED IN ADVANCE)
For arrivals after 22.30 there is a supplement of 20 euros.
For the loss of keys there is a supplement of 100 euros for a change of lock.
The apartment is 5 km from Aqualand and 4 km from Siam Park.
Just 17 km from Tenerife South Airport.
Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.
