Vakantiehuisje Makkum NL
Near the beach in Makkum, at the 5-star De Holle Poarte recreation centre, you’ll find our chalet No. S15 at vakantiehuisjemakkum*nl. There’s a private parking spot next to the chalet. A bus stop is nearby. This chalet, which was redecorated inside in 2021, sleeps 4 people (2 bedrooms). It features a cosy interior. The chalet is in a quiet location, just a 7-minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk. Parking is available at the chalet. Children love it here, as the petting zoo and the beach with a playground are nearby. During the summer months, the campground organises all kinds of activities for young and old and offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to the shallow water, the beach is a wonderful playground for small children. Due to the prevailing onshore winds, this easily accessible beach is one of the most popular windsurfing and kitesurfing spots in the Netherlands. You can rent surfing equipment there. You can purchase an additional Wi-Fi code at the recreation park’s reception desk.

Onbegrijpelijke reactie, vrijwel iedereen is enthousiast over ons chalet en boeken jaar op jaar opnieuw. De lade had meteen gerepareerd kunnen worden als dit tijdens het verblijf gemeld was, de prijs van het chalet is marktconform en voor een A locatie in het hoogseizoen niet aan de dure kant. Verder is het chalet vies en slordig achtergelaten met een kapotte kastdeursleutel en een kastdeurslot dat niet meer te openen was. Kortom wij hebben hetzelfde negatieve gevoel maar dan over de gasten.

Net opgeknapt, modern ingericht. Schoon. Bij aankomst zijn de bedden al opgemaakt, keuken- en badhanddoeken zijn aanwezig, erg fijn. Communicatie met de verhuurder verliep erg prettig.
In Makkum genoeg te doen als je van watersport (surfen, zeilen) en natuur houdt. Gezellige stadjes in de buurt (Workum, Hindeloopen).
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Weekendje op de Holle Poarte.
Het is een mooie vakantiewoning. Gezellige boulevard aan het water. Maar ook een mooie omgeving om te fietsen.
