OK, not great.
The hosts were very helpful, but the shower was clogged when we arrived, there was no hot water and a lamp on one bedroom lacked a shad and had tape covering a break in the wire, so not usable. Overall, the place was a little shabby. Pluses: very quiet, not a bad location. The hosts did fix the plumbing isdues promptly.
