Alea Resort - Exclusive Dioni villa with stunning view and private pool.Ideal for couples and families seeking for seclusion and relaxation just five minute from the famous beach of Agios Ioannis.

Alea Resort Villas offers two private beautiful and comfortable villas which are modernly decorated. They are ideal for a large family and friends, impressive, comfortable and furnished in the traditional style combined with luxury. They are in full harmony with the green natural environment and offer spectacular views of the Ionian sunset.

Villa Dioni is a magic spot for those who wish to enjoy romantic and idyllic private holidays. It is offers comfortable green outdoor area (1800m2) such as private pool, garden, children’s playground and an outside dining area with BBQ facilities. Private swimming pool (32m2) of an outstanding design and style (1m to 2m max depth) with salt water (no chemical), shower and sun lounger offers all you need to relax during a hot sunny day. Next to the pool is a traditional stone built barbecue with a fully equipped kitchen, large table and chairs for the guests to enjoy local delicacies.

This comfortable and private maisonette of 120m2 can accommodate up to 6 people.

In the exterior of the villa you can park comfortably up to two cars.

Ground floor has an open plan kitchen with dinning area and a sitting area with a traditional Lefkadian fireplace that leads to a shaded balcony . The kitchen is fully equipped. A flourishing garden is abundant with olives and oranges trees , palm trees, cedar, geraniums and other seasonal plants.

First floor has three bedrooms and two bathroom (bathtub with additional shower fittings). Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view over the Ionian sea. Second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joint together to form a double bed. Third bedroom has a double bed and can accommodate 2 extra people.

Our location in Lefkada

Just outside of the town of Lefkada , built on the private hill of Greek poet Aristotelis Valaoritis in the area of ‘Megali Vrisi’ in Lefkada, just 900 meters from down town ,are so close to the intense life of the capital city of the island but far enough for someone who is looking for relaxing holidays . The so private villas rental, overlooks the city of Lefkada and the Ionian Sea, offering unique images and colors of sunrise and sunset to the visitors.
Within a 5 minutes driving or 1,5 km there is Agios Ioannis sandy beach (blue flag award) , one of the best beaches of Lefkas where you can find beach front restaurants, bars and watersport facilities. Along from this beach stretches a spit of beach called Miloi after the eighteenth-century windmills that stand as sentinels lined up along the waterfront, a popular area for kitesurfers and windsurfers.Within a ten minute walk you you can be in the town of Lefkas with shops ,museums old churches , restaurants ,bars and an interesting nightlife.

At the same time, only 10 minutes drive takes you to popular Nidri area. Within 5-20 min drive one can reach the famous and exotic sandy beaches Kathisma -Pefkoulia -Port Katsiki of the west or east coast or to explore the diverse beauty of the inner of the island.

Beautiful tranquil location and very clean

Beautiful clean and tidy villa. Maria was absolutely fabulous, always on hand if we needed her & was happy to help. Even dropped off fresh eggs for the kids which they loved. Tranquil location and great for relaxation. The outside bbq / cooking area was fab and we cooked out there most days. Thank you for making us feel so welcome

A great host, a magnificent property, unique view!

This is a wonderful property, very nicely designed with a cosy atmosphere and a unique attention to details. The house is well proportioned with many great small details that makes it so welcoming. The outdoor area is just beautiful and very functional. It will give you the feeling of living in a luxury boutique property. Maria is a great host with such a positive spirit. We felt there like in our own home, many days we didn't even feel like going to the beach, the property was enough for a great day with the family.

Idyllic place for a fabulous stay.

We spent 14 wonderful days at Villa Dioni. The villa is very comfortable, spacious, clean (the cleaning done twice a week) and well equipped. Its location on a hill overlooking the town of Lefkada, is superb. The infinity pool with views is a delight. The garden is very nice and perfectly maintained. The decoration of the whole realized with taste and full of small details helps to make this place a really special. Maria and Georgios are extremely charming and friendly. They are attentive to the welfare of their tenants and are always there if you need them. We thank them for their warm welcome. I highly recommend! Nous avons passé 14 jours formidables à la Villa Dioni. La villa est très confortable, spacieuse, propre (le nettoyage fait 2 fois par semaine) et bien équipée. Son emplacement sur une colline surplombant la ville de Lefkada, est superbe. La piscine à débordement avec vue est un délice. Le jardin est très joli et parfaitement entretenu. La décoration de l’ensemble réalisée avec gout et plein de petits détails contribue à faire de cet endroit un lieu vraiment spécial. Pour couronner le tout, Maria et Georgios sont extrêmement charmants et chaleureux. Ils sont attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires et sont toujours là si vous en avez besoin. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil chaleureux. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit idyllique pour un séjour fabuleux.

TOP BESTE VILLA in LEFKADA TOWN

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Villa Phedra und sind absolut begeistert. Fangen wir mit der Ankunft an - die Anfahrt ab Flughafen Preveza dauert ca. 20 Minuten - die Lage Lefkada Town ist perfekt. 1 km und du bist in der Stadt oder am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände , alles hier und sehr nah. Das Tor war offen , die Besitzerin Maria vor Ort und hat uns gleich herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Das Zimmer - für uns war es die Hochzeitsreise - war wundervoll mit Blumen dekoriert. In der Küche war Honig - Olivenöl und regionale Produkte. Alles von Maria zubereitet und BIO. In ganz Lefkada haben wir kein derart gutes Olivenöl bekommen ! Reinigung war 2 x wöchentlich - super sauber - jeglicher Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen. Maria war praktisch immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns einige Tips geben können. Das Haus / Pool und vor allem die Lage - uneinsehbar und einfach ALLEINLAGE - auch wenn oben die andere Villa da ist - man hört und sieht nichts , noch ein Pluspunkt. Man ist auch mit einem PKW immer gleich an den guten Stränden , die eher im Westen sind ( Sand ) . Sicherlich - der Preis ist jetzt im Juli nicht günstig, aber jeden Euro wert. Speziell die Aussenküche - welche wir wirklich täglich benutzt haben. Nebenan die Dusche , was auch ein Pluspunkt war. Schattenplätze wenn man sie braucht und von Liegen bis Strandtücher alles vorhanden. ( auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden ) - wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder mal hinfahren. TOP und vielen Dank an Maria und Familie , die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht haben

I and my daughters spent our holiday in villa Dioni. We had a wonderful time- the villa is amazing and offers everithing you need. I was impressed over little details in and around the house. The swimming pool was clean and verry well maintained. I was also impressed over the outside kitchen where you have a beautiful view on Lefkas city.The outside kitchen is very well equipped. Maria and her family are extremly nice people. They take great care to make their guests feel at home and they were always there if you need them.Nothing is too much trouble for them. Beautiful property, highly recommended!

I stayed at Villa Dioni in Aug 16 with a group of friends. We had a fabulous time - the villa is a good size, the grounds are beautiful, the pool is awesome, the indoor & outdoor kitchen setup super convenient. I loved the attention to little quirky details throughout- this is not a standard cookie-cutter holiday rental. The house felt like a home, and our hosts were lovely - they even provided some delicious fruits and vegetables from their garden. The two villas are located on the same grounds but totally private and separated from each other by lush vegetation. Very close to the city, so easy to nip in and out for any groceries and also convenient for nights out with a short drive back. I would highly recommend Villa Dioni!

Beautiful villa and wonderful hosts

Villa Phedra is a beautiful and comfortable villa. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped, and its location, on a hillside overlooking Lefkada town, is superb. Maria and her family are really nice people. They take great care to make their guests feel at home and are most helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do everything they can to make your holiday better. Lefkada is a lovely island with some great beaches. The biggest (and busiest) ones are on the western side but we really liked swimming closer to home at Ioannis beach and on more local beaches. Further afield, Sivota was a delight to visit. Lefkada Town itself is a bustling town with lots of good restaurants and some quite smart shops (if shopping's your thing). We had a great time here and happily recommend Villa Phedra and Lefkada to everyone. Our thanks go to Maria and her family for making our holiday that bit more special. Best wishes, Richard Addison

Fantastic Villa with very nice garden and view!

Fantastic villa! Very clean and tidy. We had a warm welcome from Maria and it was really a great start of our holiday in Greece. The swimming pool was clean and very well maintained just like the outside kitchen where you have a beautiful view on Lefkas city. We felt like home - Villa Dioni is a brand new building with modern interior design and great outdoor facilities. - Worth mentioning is the overwhelming view from the property, combining the nearby forest with the Ionian Sea. - Generally, Lefkada is an ideal destination for everyone who wants a vivid but also a relaxing summer vacation break. The villa is certainly as good as the photos. Beautiful views and set away from the town but easy access by car or walking. The pool and outside kitchen are amazing. Really added to our holiday.
