Chaud à Parme
Deux points positifs : la résidence est bien située et le propriétaire est très accueillant.
Cependant, l'appartement est mal équipé: prises électriques en nombre très insuffisant et aux normes dépassées, climatisation insuffisante et mal positionnée ( un dans la salle à manger et un dans un bout de couloir qui ne rafraichit pas les deux chambres où il est donc difficile de bien dormir ), vaisselle en nombre limité ( des couverts peu nombreux, nous avons demandé des verres à vin et une cafetière MOKA de contenance normale), un réfrigérateur probablement en fin de vie puisque le fond se remplissait régulièrement d'eau.
